We are delighted to welcome The New Saints F.C Foundation based in Oswestry to the Short Breaks programme this year.
The new club starts on 8th April and is for young people aged 10 – 18 years who are registered with the ‘All In’ activity programme.
The new club will include ten-pin bowling and a wide range of other inclusive and fully accessible multi-sport activities which will be supported by two qualified multi-sport coaches, trained in working with young people with additional needs, together with a dedicated member of staff trained in understanding and supporting complex needs.
We have put together a programme of taster activities for the first few sessions whilst young people get to know us and our facilities, but after that the programme will be based on the feedback young people give us about the activities they want.
A contribution is requested at £3.50 each session or a discounted rate of £3.00 for block bookings of 8, 16 or 26 sessions. Those attending will be able to socialise between activities in a dedicated “chill” area, and will at all times be supported by dedicated coaches/staff. We’ll also be very happy to include the siblings and families of young people in our activities wherever possible.
The first eight all ability ‘try out’ sessions (these may still be subject to some change) are as follows:
