From Small Floral - White/Multi (Back), cut:• (2) 83” x WOF strips for the backing. Sew the strips together and trim to make the 83” x 83” back.

Block Assembly1. Sew (1) 2” x 7” Fabric B strip to each side of (1) 7” Fabric A square. Sew (1) 2” x 10” Fabric B strip to the top and to the bottom of the Fabric A square to make (1) Unit 1 square (Fig. 1). Trim the unit to measure 8 ½” square. Repeat to make (6) Unit 1 squares total.

2. Sew (1) 2” x 7” Fabric D strip to each side of (1) 7” Fabric A square. Sew (1) 2” x 10” Fabric D strip to the top and to the bottom of the Fabric A square to make (1) Unit 2 square (Fig. 2). Trim the unit to measure 8 ½” square. Repeat to make (7) Unit 2 squares total.

Quilt Top Assembly (Follow the Quilt Layout while assembling the quilt top.)11. Sew together (1) Block One square, (1) Block Three square, (1) Block Two square, (1) Block Four square and (1) Block One square, in that order, to make Row One. Repeat to make Row Five.

12. Sew together (1) Block Five square, (1) Block Two square, (1) Block Six square, (1) Block Two square and (1) Block Five square, in that order, to make Row Two.

13. Sew together (1) Block One square, (1) Block Four square, (1) Block Two square, (1) Block Three square and (1) Block One square, in that order, to make Row Three.

14. Sew together (1) Block Six square, (1) Block Two square, (1) Block Five square, (1) Block Two square and (1) Block Six square, in that order, to make Row Four.

15. Sew the (5) Rows together, in numerical, order to make the Center Block.

16. Sew (1) 2” x 60 ½” Fabric J strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) 2” x 63 ½” Fabric J strip to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block.

17. Sew (1) 6 ½” x 63 ½” Fabric K strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) 6 ½” x 75 ½” Fabric K strip to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block to make the quilt top.

18. Layer and quilt as desired.

19. Sew the (8) 2 ½” x WOF Fabric I strips together, end to end with 45-degree seams, to make the binding. Fold this long strip in half lengthwise with wrong sides together and press.

20. Bind as desired.

3. Sew (1) 2 ½” x 8 ½” Fabric C strip to each side of (1) Unit 1 square. Sew (1) 2 ½” x 12 ½” Fabric C strip to the top and to the bottom of the Unit 1 square to make (1) Block One square (Fig. 3). Repeat to make (6) Block One squares total.

4. Sew (1) 2 ½” x 8 ½” Fabric C strip to each side of (1) Unit 2 square. Sew (1) 2 ½” x 12 ½” Fabric C strip to the top and to the bottom of the Unit 2 square to make (1) Block Two square (Fig. 4). Repeat to make (7) Block Two squares total.

5. Following the manufacturer’s instructions, trace the listed number of each template onto the paper side of the fusible web. Roughly cut out each template about ⅛” outside the drawn lines.

6. Press each template onto the wrong side of the fabrics as listed on the templates. Cut out each template on the drawn lines.

10. Repeat Steps 7-8 and refer to Figures 6-8 for fabric identification and location to make (3) Block Four squares, (3) Block Five squares and (3) Block Six squares. Note: Additional arrows in Figure 8 denote Fabric I print direction.

7. Refer to Figure 5 to arrange and press (8) Fabric E petals and (4) Fabric F circles onto (1) 12 ½” Fabric J square.

8. Finish the raw edges of each shape with a decorative stitch such as a buttonhole or satin stitch to make (1) Block Three square.

9. Repeat Steps 7-8 to make (3) Block Three squares total.
