Guest PassesStudents and Faculty/Staff are entitled to one free complimentary pass a semester, but you must have a photo ID. After the first time, you must purchase a guest pass for $8.00/day. Guests can be sponsored by a Recreation Card holder (up to two guests per patron) when they present a photo ID for $8.00/day.

Recreation Services is the second highest employer for students on Ball State’s campus. Apply to work in this amazing department in one of our many jobs listed below. To qualify for a position, you must be a current BSU student.

How to Apply:1. Visit Cardinal Viewjobs for job listings.

2. If you find a position that interests you, visit the Career Center to get a referral.

3. Pick up an application at the Office of Recreation Services (SRWC 201A), or download one online.

4. Turn in the referral and application to the Office of Recreation Services (SRWC 201A).

*All employees of Sports Facilities Management and Recreation Services may be required to work in an event security or usher role during any special event including home football games, concerts, and commencement.

Sport clubs are athletic student organizations that compete with other universities. Sport clubs are organized, funded, and ran by students, for students. Sport Clubs are managed by two offices on campus: Office of Student Life and Office of Recreation Services.
