Julienne strips of beef, turkey, or chicken piled high on a mound of salad and topped

with French fries, cheddar cheese, and warm Riviera dressing. Served with rolls and

butter.

GREEN MOUNTAIN JULIENNE SALAD—Fresh crisp greens topped with strips of

cheddar cheese, premium turkey, and country ham. Served with rolls and butter.

cranberry horseradish sauce ...Thanksgiving dinner in a sandwich!

SUGAR BUSH CLUB—Triple-decker delight, filled with moist and tender mounds of premium turkey, thin slices of country

ham, double smoked bacon, crispy lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Served with your choice of lightly toasted white, wheat, rye,

PULLED PORK BBQ SANDWICH— Pork tenderloin, slow roasted, then pulled apart and gently flavored with our
