The Spotlight Auction is a live radio auction of merchandise, services, and

chamber dollars donated mostly by area businesses, with bids taken via the

phone. Proceeds of the auction this year will be used for the operation of

the 2019 Fair to be held July 8-13.

EXPRESS BIDDER NUMBERS

1. Bidder numbers are available at the Brown County Extension Office-Hiawatha, Union State Bank-Everest, Central Auto Parts

-Horton, and Downtown Coffee House-Sabetha during their regular business hours.

2. Express numbers will allow you to speed up your bidding process. After completing the form with your name & phone number,

you are given a number. When making your telephone bid, you need merely to tell the person who answers the phone what

your bid number is.

3. All bidders that use a bidder number and have the successful bid on any item will receive a 5% discount on that item as long

as the number was received before the auction began.

***Items may be picked up at the Brown County Ext office.

***All items must be picked up by March 29 or they will be resold.

an Express Bid # & call prior to noon on Monday, March 11th.
