Health & Hygiene
RESPONSIBLE
RESILIENT
Be responsible! Look after your own kit and belongings!(Changing rooms are cleared every lesson anything left goes to the attendance o ce.)
Ensure your kit is washed each week.
It is healthy to push your body hard regularly.
(Just because you are tired or your body is sore - that doesn’t mean you
should stop!)
Be resilient to give 100% effort regardless of the weather.(You will not get sick by getting wet. You may get sick if you STAY wet - so make sure you have correct sports kit to get changed out of, and full uniform to get changed back into.)

great accuracy with shooting.

The running club had a fantastic morning on Sunday competing in the Hyde Park 5km Run for Osteoporosis.
All 15 of the students finished the race, with many achieving their set running targets of either not stopping, or sticking to a set pace.

The Y8 team had their first 11 a-side match against St Gregs in the Brent League. The first half was very close with St Gregs taking the lead. Alperton managed to go into half time at 1-1 thanks to a great finish by Mahamed. Unfortunately, St Gregs were able to make the most of their attacking opportunities and won the match 1-3.
