that supports the education and development of sports officials
generically and work in partnership with Sports Officials Consultancy
Ltd and Bucks New University

Sports official selection: talent identification and profiling that enables
members to select and develop referees.
Accreditations: SOUK members would be able to Accredit Prior
Experiential Learning (APEL) which would exempt them from certain
modules/elements.
Continual Professional Development: external CPD Courses allows
participants to apply for APEL as above.
Work-based learning.
Academic awards
Personal and professional development for individuals that meet the
needs of the social and economic climate that referees are exposed to.
