Location: The Mangueira favela (urban slum) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Target group: 200 children and young people living in the Mangueira favela.

Peace Players International

Peace Players International Middle East is a locally led

initiative in Israel and the West Bank that educates Jewish and

youth and their communities through basketball.

Over 300 children are registered in the program.

The program also fosters gender equality through sport.
