1 Edney Primary School Fair Sponsorship Package

About Us Officially opened in 1989, Edney Primary School is situated within the suburb of High

Wycombe. It currently has approximately 400 students enrolled. It has a very active and

passionate P&C Association which endeavors to enrich the learning experiences, facilities and

environments for the students.

In 2016 the Edney Primary School P&C, with the outstanding support of many local

businesses, put on the first school fete in many years. It was an amazing achievement that

bought together the community, showcased the school and created such a remarkably

positive day for our community. From the proceeds of the Edney Super Fete the P&C was

able to put $30 000 towards the development of Nature play areas throughout the school.

Like most large projects this cannot be

completed without the help of passionate

volunteers, the school community and also

the help of the wider community. The 2016

Fete had the support of some great local

businesses, such as the main sponsors

Friendlies Pharmacy High Wycombe; Mr

Nathan Morton and many, many others.

Edney Primary School will be holding another School Fair within its grounds in October 2018.

Once again it will be aiming to be a fantastic family day aimed at bringing the community

together, celebrating the achievements of the talented Edney students and showcasing the

school community that is Edney.

The Edney Fair will be held on Sunday the 28th October 2018 from 10am – 2pm and will run

with Edney’s Magical Kingdom as the theme. The day promises to be jam packed with fun,

entertainment, rides, great food, stalls and activities for all! The Magical Kingdom theme has

been chosen as it allows Edney to create a world of wonderment and imagination that can

capture the hearts of the young and young at heart.

The Fair will give everyone attending a taste of the school’s strong community spirit, with

sponsors, supporters, families and community

groups coming together to raise funds to go

towards our sports programme, whilst enjoying a

great family day out.

The Fair offers an opportunity to affiliate your

brand with a trusted name in the local

community. Your affiliation will not only serve the

school community, it provides your business the

opportunity to engage directly with your target

audience.

As a sponsor your brand will be exposed to a great number of locals attending the Fair who

will be actively encouraged to show ongoing support to your business as a sign of appreciation

The Fair Communication Strategy engages a wide audience through various mediums

A4 posters distributed and posted on notice and communication boards amongst the

local community 5 weeks prior to event

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SPONSORS

TO BECOME A SPONSOR If you wish to become a sponsor, please complete and return the Sponsor Registration Form.

You will be emailed an invoice for payment and then upon receiving payment you will be

emailed a receipt.

PROMOTIONAL TIME FRAME The Fair calendar runs from February 2018 – October 2018

Your sponsorship package commences upon receipt and confirmation of your donation and

continues up to, and including Fair Day. All businesses will be promoted on all Fair

promotional material across multimedia avenues.

ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS Your business name, logo and any photographs required for placement on signs, flyers and

website should be provided in the following formats- illustrator EPS, 300 dpi Jpg or Photoshop

file.

DEADLINES To maximise opportunity and exposure in our promotional period, please get your

sponsorship registration back to us as soon as possible. Your sponsorship will be advertised

from when we receive payment.
