In March of 2021, Serving Our Neighbors Ministries will be rebrandingand expanding its mission. Our name will change from Serving OurNeighbors Ministries to Festa. We will continue to offer the sameimpactful year-round programming while adding training and consultingservices which serve as our new social enterprise. We will teach, trainand coach other organizations who seek to alleviate poverty by runningone of our flagship programs: Free Summer Lunch Camp and/or 3-Generation Family English as a Second Language.
To celebrate and raise awareness of our rebrand and expansion, we willhost an outdoor parking lot event in late April. We plan to invite keystakeholders, donors, volunteers, partners and the community.Sponsorship opportunities are available and outlined in this packet. Pleaseconsider joining us as a sponsor to alleviate poverty for children andfamilies in our community.

AudienceGeneral Public, donors, volunteers and key stakeholders.
We will host an outdoor parking lot event to raise awareness about the
impact and expansion of Festa. Enjoy international cuisine from local
food trucks and fun family friendly activities, games and music. Every
precaution and safety measure provided by the CDC surrounding event
planning and preparedness during COVID-19 will be taken.
We have been lifting children and families out of poverty since 2007. Many
are New Americans and many live in our suburbs. We began in Hilliard,
Ohio providing free meals to hungry neighbors, educational support for
children and their families, and a free summer camp for students.
Today, we continue to provide year-round programming, including Free
Summer Lunch Camp, 3-Generation Family ESL, Connecting to Resources,
and the Learning Extension Centers, which are designed to alleviate poverty
in this generation.
As we rebrand to Festa and expand our reach, we will grow from a one-city
ministry to a regional and national ministry, ultimately serving more
communities and more neighbors as they take steps out of poverty.

Sponsorship Opportunities
As we plan this event, we are taking every precaution and safety measureprovided by the CDC surrounding event planning and preparedness.
Certain aspects of the event may be adjusted or cancelled depending onFranklin County’s designated level per The Public Health Advisory AlertSystem. Regardless of level, attendees, volunteers and staff will be requiredto honor distancing recommendations. Everyone will be required to wearmasks, stay six feet apart when/if outside of cars, and regularly sanitizehands.
Our plans if levels are:COVID level 3 or 2 = attendees park every other spot and families canenjoy the parking space next to them as long as they at least six feet apart.
COVID level 4 = attendees will be asked to remain in their cars; parkedevery other parking space; and request no gathering during the event.
If the event is cancelled, Serving Our Neighobrs/Festa and its sponsors willdiscuss alternatives for sponsorship benefits.
