The Organizer will present the SPONSOR during the THERMEC Conference 2020 in Vien-na according to the services of the sponsoring package selected by the SPONSOR and as defined above. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or shift the event. In case of can-cellation of the event, the Organizer will return to SPONSOR already paid amounts in full.

The SPONSOR will pay the amount of the selected sponsoring package in full within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. The SPONSOR will provide a company logo in sufficient quality and in time before the deadlines agreed on with the Organizer as mentioned above. If SPONSOR fails to provide a company logo in time and/or sufficient quality, Organizer is freed of its duties to include the SPONSOR‘s logo in its print materials and will not reimburse the SPONSOR. SPONSOR will provide to Organizer all information necessary to establish a link from SPONSOR‘s log to SPONSOR‘s dedicated website. SPONSOR will nominate the attendees with free admission at least 10 days before the event. Place of juristication is Graz.
