Why Sponsor Mildenhall?Mildenhall Cricket Club is a premier cricket club with links firmly rooted in the local community. It was formed in 1876, and has played at the beautiful Wamil Way ground since 1972.

Mildenhall men’s 1st XI have guaranteed East Anglian Premier League cricket once again at Wamil Way. If you decide to sponsor us you will be associated with one of the most prestigious cricket clubs in the East of England, both on and off the field. As recognised by the England Cricket Board’s (ECB) Clubmark award, acknowledging high quality community cricket clubs.

We field 9 senior teams including a ladies team and provide opportunities for coaching and playing to children from 5 - 17. We also have a large number of non-playing members and this means that for most weekends in the summer we will see more than 150 people at the club to play and spectate.

The 2017 season has been a success for all 6 of our men’s senior teams who comfortably secured their places in their leagues for next season. Our Ladies finished second in the Two Counties Ladies Challenge, a massive success for an integral part of our club.

International playersMildenhall has been put on the map globally with our youth system producing two current England Internationals in Tymal Mills and Tom Westley. As well as attracting West Indies star Tino Best for the 2017 season.

Tymal and Tom both come down to the club when not playing internationally or in various worldwide competitions. So much so that in Tom’s debut England season he still managed to feature in one of our 1st XI EAPL fixtures this year!

Junior TeamsOur junior section is renowned for its strength as well as its size. We have a great foundation for our future players, starting with our promotion of the ‘All Star Cricket’ initiative; introducing children aged 5 to 8 to the game we all love. We have had great success with our competitive youth teams, from U9’s to U19’s.

This year we had success across the board at the youth level, but a special mention to our U13’s who won the county cup for their age group!
