expense and liability resulting from injury to or death of persons, including, but not limited
to, employees of Activity/Exhibitor/Participant, Licensor or Center Owner, or Owners,
arising out if or in any way connected with, Activity’s/Exhibitor/s/Participant’s access to
our use of the Center, against any and all loss, damage, expense and liability resulting from
injury or death of persons...arising out of or connected in any way with the signer’s access
to our use of the Center...regardless of any negligence of the landlords.
