Overview

1. The Bible is the final source of truth. Therefore I will not base any discernment of spiritual beings on any extra Biblical material.

2. We are operating with progressive revelation about what the Bible says about these spiritual beings. We may change our views as new understanding about what the Bible says is revealed.

3. The information in this seminar is assumed to be introductory in nature. More complete information will be found in Come Up Higher by Paul L. Cox and articles and audio/video segments on our website www.aslansplace.com.

4. Generally the seminar is focused on righteous spiritual beings. 5. We discern spiritual beings so that we can have a more complete understanding about what

the Father is doing. 6. We are finding that we have trusted the translators for our understanding instead of verifying

with the original language the meaning of a word. We have found that the name of some spiritual beings is based on what the translators have written and not on the actual work in the Hebrew or Greek.

7. In theology we have had a tendency to place all righteous spiritual beings in a category called Angelology. This would be like putting all four legged animals in a category called Dogeology. Dogs are dogs, cats are cats, etc. For this reason we need to be specific in our language when we talk about the many different spiritual beings. They are not simply different kinds of angels.

8. This material will now be updated on a regular basis. 9. Many ties the revelation about these spiritual beings starts first with discernment. Further

study of the original languages then enlargers our understanding of those spiritual beings.


We Must Not Create or Reshape Angels According to our Fancy. The Bible is the Only Absolute Source of Understanding.

God is the One Who Communicates His Truth about Angels.

Amos 4:13 He who forms the mountains, creates the wind, and reveals his thoughts to man, he who turns dawn to darkness, and treads the high places of the earth-- the LORD God Almighty is his name.

Troops – Military Rev 12:7-9 And there was war in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back, but he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. The great dragon was hurled down, that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.

WHAT ANGELS DO

Put Law Into Effect Acts 7:53 you who have received the law that was put into effect t through angels but have not obeyed it.

Gal 3:19 What, then, was the purpose of the law? It was added because of transgressions until the Seed to whom the promise referred had come. The law was put into effect through angels by a mediator. Deliver Messages Ps 103:20 Praise the LORD, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word.

Ps 103:19-20 The LORD has established his throne in heaven, and his kingdom rules over all. Praise the LORD, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word Rev 12:7 And there was war in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back.

Rev 9:14-15 It said to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, "Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates." And the four angels who had been kept ready for this very hour and day and month and year were released to kill a third of mankind.

Rev 15:1,6 I saw in heaven another great and marvelous sign: seven angels with the seven last plagues-- last, because with them God's wrath is completed. Out of the temple came the seven angels with the seven plagues. They were dressed in clean, shining linen and wore golden sashes around their chests.

Rev 20:1-3 And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key to the Abyss and holding in his hand a great chain. He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan, and bound him for a thousand years. He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time.


Protect Dan 6:19-22 At the first light of dawn, the king got up and hurried to the lions' den. When he came near the den, he called to Daniel in an anguished voice, "Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to rescue you from the lions?" Daniel answered, "O king, live forever! My God sent his angel, and he shut the mouths of the lions. They have not hurt me, because I was found innocent in his sight. Nor have I ever done any wrong before you, O king." Rescue Dan 3:24-25 Then King Nebuchadnezzar leaped to his feet in amazement and asked his advisers, "Weren't there three men that we tied up and threw into the fire?" They replied, "Certainly, O king." He said, "Look! I see four men walking around in the fire, unbound and unharmed, and the fourth looks like a son of the gods."

Acts 12:11 Then Peter came to himself and said, "Now I know without a doubt that the Lord sent his angel and rescued me from Herod's clutches and from everything the Jewish people were anticipating."

Gen 19:15-17 With the coming of dawn, the angels urged Lot, saying, "Hurry! Take your wife and your two daughters who are here, or you will be swept away when the city is punished." When he hesitated, the men grasped his hand and the hands of his wife and of his two daughters and led them safely out of the city, for the LORD was merciful to them. As soon as they had brought them out, one of them said, "Flee for your lives! Don't look back, and don't stop anywhere in the plain! Flee to the mountains or you will be swept away!"

Exod 23:20-21 "See, I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard you along the way and to bring you to the place I have prepared. Pay attention to him and listen to what he says. Do not rebel against him; he will not forgive your rebellion, since my Name is in him.

Acts 10:3-33 One day at about three in the afternoon he had a vision. He distinctly saw an angel of God, who came to him and said, "Cornelius!" Cornelius stared at him in fear. "What is it, Lord?" he asked. The angel answered, "Your prayers and gifts to the poor have come up as a memorial offering before God.

Rev 10:1-10 (gives scrolls for direction) Then I saw another mighty angel coming down from heaven. He was robed in a cloud, with a rainbow above his head; his face was like the sun, and his legs were like fiery pillars. He was holding a little scroll, which lay open in his hand. He planted his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land, and he gave a loud shout like the roar of a lion. When he shouted, the voices of the seven thunders spoke. And when the seven thunders spoke, I was about to write; but I heard a voice from heaven say, "Seal up what the seven thunders have said and do not write it down.” Then the angel I had seen standing on the sea and on the land raised his right hand to heaven. And he swore by him who lives for ever and ever, who created the heavens and all that is in them, the earth and all that is in it, and the sea and all that is in it, and said, "There will be no more delay! But in the days when the seventh angel is about to sound his trumpet, the mystery of God will be accomplished, just as he announced to his servants the prophets.” Then the voice that I had heard from heaven spoke to me once more: "Go, take the scroll that lies open in the


hand of the angel who is standing on the sea and on the land.” So I went to the angel and asked him to give me the little scroll. He said to me, "Take it and eat it. It will turn your stomach sour, but in your mouth it will be as sweet as honey.” I took the little scroll from the angel's hand and ate it. It tasted as sweet as honey in my mouth, but when I had eaten it, my stomach turned sour. Luke 22:43 An angel from heaven appeared to him and strengthened him. Prophesy, Teach Luke 1:11-13 Then an angel of the Lord appeared to him, standing at the right side of the altar of incense. When Zechariah saw him, he was startled and was gripped with fear. But the angel said to him: "Do not be afraid, Zechariah; your prayer has been heard. Your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you are to give him the name John.

Luke 2:9-12 An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger." Matt 28:1-7 After the Sabbath, at dawn on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb. There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it. His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow. The guards were so afraid of him that they shook and became like dead men. The angel said to the women, "Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples: 'He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.' Now I have told you." Acts 27:20-26. When neither sun nor stars appeared for many days and the storm continued raging, we finally gave up all hope of being saved. After the men had gone a long time without food, Paul stood up before them and said: "Men, you should have taken my advice not to sail from Crete; then you would have spared yourselves this damage and loss. But now I urge you to keep up your courage, because not one of you will be lost; only the ship will be destroyed. Last night an angel of the God whose I am and whom I serve stood beside me and said, 'Do not be afraid, Paul. You must stand trial before Caesar; and God has graciously given you the lives of all who sail with you.' So keep up your courage, men, for I have faith in God that it will happen just as he told me. Nevertheless, we must run aground on some island."

Rev 14:6-7 Then I saw another angel flying in midair, and he had the eternal gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earth-- to every nation, tribe, language and people. He said in a loud voice, "Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come. Worship him who made the heavens, the earth, the sea and the springs of water." Visit Us Heb 13:2 Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some people have entertained angels without knowing it.


Serve God Rev 19:10 At this I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, "Do not do it! I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers who hold to the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy."

Rev 22:8-9 I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. And when I had heard and seen them, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who had been showing them to me. But he said to me, "Do not do it! I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers the prophets and of all who keep the words of this book. Worship God!"

Worship Matt 18:10 "See that you do not look down on one of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven.

Ps 103:20-21 Praise the LORD, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word. Praise the LORD, all his heavenly hosts, you his servants who do his will.

Ps 148:1-3 Praise the LORD. Praise the LORD from the heavens, praise him in the heights above. Praise him, all his angels; praise him, all his heavenly hosts. Praise him, sun and moon, praise him, all you shining stars.

Heb 1:6 And again, when God brings his firstborn into the world, he says, "Let all God's angels worship him."

Express Joy in Obeying God Quickly Ps 103:20-22 Praise the LORD, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word. Praise the LORD, all his heavenly hosts, you his servants who do his will. Praise the LORD, all his works everywhere in his dominion. Praise the LORD, O my soul.

Heb 1:14 Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?

Give Special Instructions for Different People in Different Circumstances Dan 8:26 "The vision of the evenings and mornings that has been given you is true, but seal up the vision, for it concerns the distant future."

Dan 12:4 But you, Daniel, close up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Many will go here and there to increase knowledge."

Carry Us to Heaven Luke 16:22 "The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham's side. The rich man also died and was buried.

Punish God’s Enemies Acts 12:23 Immediately, because Herod did not give praise to God, an angel of the Lord struck him down, and he was eaten by worms and died.

Gen 19:1, 12-13 The two angels arrived at Sodom in the evening, and Lot was sitting in the gateway of the city. When he saw them, he got up to meet them and bowed down with his face to the


ground. The two men said to Lot, "Do you have anyone else here-- sons-in-law, sons or daughters, or anyone else in the city who belongs to you? Get them out of here, because we are going to destroy this place. The outcry to the LORD against its people is so great that he has sent us to destroy it."

Controls Elements of Nature Rev 7:1 After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds of the earth to prevent any wind from blowing on the land or on the sea or on any tree.

Rev 16:8-9 The fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and the sun was given power to scorch people with fire. They were seared by the intense heat and they cursed the name of God, who had control over these plagues, but they refused to repent and glorify him. Acts 12:13-16 Peter knocked at the outer entrance, and a servant girl named Rhoda came to answer the door. When she recognized Peter's voice, she was so overjoyed she ran back without opening it and exclaimed, "Peter is at the door!" "You're out of your mind," they told her. When she kept insisting that it was so, they said, "It must be his angel.” But Peter kept on knocking, and when they opened the door and saw him, they were astonished. War Ps 78:49 He unleashed against them his hot anger, his wrath, indignation and hostility-- a band of destroying angels.

Luke 1:26-29 In the sixth month, God sent the angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a town in Galilee, to a virgin pledged to be married to a man named Joseph, a descendant of David. The virgin's name was Mary. The angel went to her and said, "Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you." Appear Youthful Mark 16:5 As they entered the tomb, they saw a young man dressed in a white robe sitting on the right side, and they were alarmed. Powerful 2 Pet 2:11 yet even angels, although they are stronger and more powerful, do not bring slanderous accusations against such beings in the presence of the Lord.

Acts 12:7-11 Suddenly an angel of the Lord appeared and a light shone in the cell. He struck Peter on the side and woke him up. "Quick, get up!" he said, and the chains fell off Peter's wrists. Then the angel said to him, "Put on your clothes and sandals." And Peter did so. "Wrap your cloak around you and follow me," the angel told him. Peter followed him out of the prison, but he had no idea that what the angel was doing was really happening; he thought he was seeing a vision. They passed the first and second guards and came to the iron gate leading to the city. It opened for them by itself, and they went through it. When they had walked the length of one street, suddenly the angel left him. Then Peter came to himself and said, "Now I know without a doubt that the Lord sent his angel and rescued me from Herod's clutches and from everything the Jewish people were anticipating." Matt 28:2 There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it. Mark 16:3-5 and they asked each other, "Who will roll the stone away from the entrance of the tomb?" But when they looked up, they saw that the stone, which was very large, had been rolled away. As they entered the tomb, they saw a young man dressed in a white robe sitting on the right side, and they were alarmed.


Governed by God 2 Sam 24:14-17 David said to Gad, "I am in deep distress. Let us fall into the hands of the LORD, for his mercy is great; but do not let me fall into the hands of men. “So the LORD sent a plague on Israel from that morning until the end of the time designated, and seventy thousand of the people from Dan to Beersheba died. When the angel stretched out his hand to destroy Jerusalem, the LORD was grieved because of the calamity and said to the angel who was afflicting the people, "Enough! Withdraw your hand." The angel of the LORD was then at the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite. When David saw the angel who was striking down the people, he said to the LORD, "I am the one who has sinned and done wrong. These are but sheep. What have they done? Let your hand fall upon me and my family." Walk as Man Gen 18:2 Abraham looked up and saw three men standing nearby. When he saw them, he hurried from the entrance of his tent to meet them and bowed low to the ground.

Gen 18:16 When the men got up to leave, they looked down toward Sodom, and Abraham walked along with them to see them on their way. Gen 19:1 The two angels arrived at Sodom in the evening, and Lot was sitting in the gateway of the city. When he saw them, he got up to meet them and bowed down with his face to the ground. Luke 20:34-36 Jesus replied, "The people of this age marry and are given in marriage. Col 2:18 Do not let anyone who delights in false humility and the worship of angels disqualify you for the prize. Such a person goes into great detail about what he has seen, and his unspiritual mind puffs him up with idle notions.

Rom 1:25 They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator-- who is forever praised. Amen.

Although there are scriptural examples of talking with angels (Luke 1-Mary), extreme caution should be used in talking with angels. It probably is advisable not to talk to angels unless you have a very clear sense from the Lord that He desires for you to do this.

SOME QUESTIONS Do Angels Help Christians Only? Heb 1:14 The passage would seem to indicate that angels minister to those who are Christians and those who are going to become Christians. What Do You Say When People Say We Should Not Believe in Angels?

– The Sadducees did not believe in angels Acts 23:8 (The Sadducees say that there is no resurrection, and that there are neither angels nor spirits, but the Pharisees acknowledge them all.) Acts 5:17-21 Then the high priest and all his associates, who were members of the party of the Sadducees, were filled with jealousy. They arrested the apostles and put them in the public jail. But during the night an angel of the Lord opened the doors of the jail and brought them out. "Go, stand in the temple courts," he said, "and tell the people the full message of this new life. “At daybreak they entered the temple courts, as they had been told, and began to teach the people. When the high priest and his associates arrived, they called together the Sanhedrin-- the full assembly of the elders of Israel-- and sent to the jail for the apostles. Do We Really Need to Discern Angels? The Word of God states that there are gifts of discernment for the discerning of good and evil (I Corinthians 12:10, Hebrews 5:14) Why would the Lord give these gifts if we were not to discern angels? The Holy Spirit Talks to Me, Not Angels. Zechariah 1:13,14 And the LORD answered the angel who talked to me, with good and comforting words. So the angel who spoke with me said to me, “Proclaim, saying, ‘Thus says the LORD of hosts: and I said to the angel who talked with me, “What are these?” So he answered me, “These are the horns that have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem.”


DISCERNMENT OBSERVATIONS I discern angels on a specific place on my head. To train yourself on how to discern angels, you should find someone who knows angels are present and then train yourself on how to physically discern them. There are also many who can see angels with their physical or spiritual senses.

Note on Genesis 16:8 - The Angel of the Lord. Since the angel of the Lord speaks for God in the first person (v.10) and Hagar is said to name “the Lord who spoke to her: ‘You are the God who sees me’ (v.13), the angel appears to


be both distinguished from the Lord (in that he is called ‘messenger’-the Hebrew for ‘angel’ means messenger’) and identified with him. Traditional interpretation has held this ‘angel’ was a preincarnate manifestation of Christ as God’s Messenger-Servant. It may be, however, that, as the Lord’s personal messenger who represented him and bore his credentials, the angel could speak on behalf of (and so be identified with) the One who sent him. Whether this ‘angel’ was the second person of the Trinity remains therefore uncertain.

DISCERNMENT OBSERVATIONS I first discerned the Angel of the Lord when the furnace appeared. I believe the Angel of the Lord is tied the Pillar of Fire. I am aware of the Angel of the Lord when I sense a roaring fire on my head where I sense angels.

The relationship was there; significantly more persons were signed in to the psychiatric services just after magnetic disturbances than when the field was stable. Next we looked for the same type of influence in patients already hospitalized. We selected a dozen schizophrenics who were scheduled to remain in the VA hospital for the next few months with no changes in treatment. We asked the ward nurse to fill out a standard evaluation of their behavior once every eight-hour shift. Then we correlated the results with cosmic ray measurements taken every two hours from government measuring stations in Ontario and Colorado. Since magnetic storms were generally accompanied by a decrease in the cosmic radiation reaching earth, we thought we might find changes in the patients’ actions and moods during this decline. We decided to use cosmic rays instead of direct reports of the magnetic field strength because of problems in distinguishing between magnetic storms and other variations in the earth’s field. The nurses reported various behavior changes in almost all the subjects on or two days after cosmic ray decreases. This was a revealing delay, for one type of incoming radiation—low-energy cosmic ray flares form the sun—was known to produce strong disruptions in the earth’s field one or two days later. With this encouragement we went on in 1967 to confirm, by experiments described more fully in the next chapter, that abnormal magnetic fields did produce abnormalities in various human and animal responses. We found slowed reaction times in humans and a generalized stress response in rabbits exposed to fields ten or twenty times the normal strength of the earth’s. Hence we suspected that the earth’s normal field played a major role in keeping the DC systems control of bodily functions within normal bounds. Pg 244-245 Perhaps this is why the enemy has people worship the earth, sun, moon, stars and planets so that the magnetic fields will come under his power. At the end of the nineteenth century, geophysicists found that the earth’s magnetic field varied as the moon revolved around it. In the same period, anthropologists were learning that most preliterate cultures reckoned their calendar time primarily by the moon. p. 246 The earth’s electromagnetic field is largely a result of interaction between the magnetic field per se, emanating from the planet’s molten iron-nickel core, and the charged gas of the ionosphere. It varies with the lunar day and month and there’s also a yearly change as we revolve the sun. Pg 247 About every eight days the sun’s rotation brings a new region of the interplanetary (solar) magnetic field opposite us, and the earth’s field is slightly changed in response to the flip-flop in polarity not 7 day week! Pg 247


The Relationship Between Life and Magnetic Fields Is Very Complex

The potential interactions among all these electromagnetic phenomena and life are infinitely complex. Pg 247 [There is] found [to be] magnetically driven cycles in all other organisms he tested, including mice, fruit flies and humans. Even potatoes in a bin showed a field-linked rhythm of oxygen consumption. In humans, hormone output and the number of lymphocytes in the bloodstream are but two of many variables that dance to the same beat. One of the most important is cell cycle time. The actual process of cell division—in which chromosomes appear, line up, split in half, and are distributed equally between the two cells—takes only a few minutes. It must be preceded by several longer stages, one of which is duplication of all the cell’s DNA. All stages together take about one day. Thus all growth and repair, which depend on regulated cell division, are synchronized with the earth’s field. Pg 247 The last six peaks of the eleven-year sunspot cycle have coincided with major flu epidemics. B.M. Vladimirsky of the Crimean Observatory has found a connection between the sun’s magnetic field and the Escherichia coli bacteria that live in our intestines and help us digest our food. The Russians found the bacteria grew faster when the sun’s field was positive or pointing toward the earth, and slowed down when it was negative. Two days after the passage of each sector boundary there was a dip in bacterial growth corresponding to the maximum geomagnetic turbulence. Other Russian scientists have drawn a tentative correlation between the sector cycle and reports from two groups of persons with neurological diseases. The patients felt worse within sectors of positive polarity, when bacteria seemed to grow faster. Life’s geomagnetic coupling to heaven and earth is apparently more like a web than a simple cord and socket. We might suspect, therefore, that many creatures would use magnetic information for their sense of place. Pg 250 In 1975 Richard P. Blakemore, then a graduate student at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, astonished the world of biology with the announcement that some bacteria, the lowliest of all cells, also had a magnetic sense. Pg 252 The existence of magnetic sensors in such diverse creatures as bacteria, bees, and birds—the current count of species with magnetic organs is twenty-seven, including three primates—suggests that a magnetic sense has existed from the very beginning of life, perhaps only to be perfected by creatures that need to get around a lot. Pg 253 We must always be careful to place more weight on observation than current theory. We must remember that we don’t yet fully understand magnetism. It now appears that the single domain with both magnetic poles may not be the smallest unit of magnetism after all. Physicists now posit the existence of magnetic monopoles, particles having the characteristics of just one pole, north or south. In fact there’s some experimental evidence for them. Some theoreticians go even further, envisioning a hitherto unsuspected kind of magnetism, a composite of waves and monopole particles, like light. Living things may interact with such a low measurable energy. Pg 266


Does the Enemy Establish An Ungodly Magnetic Field

The trouble is that the immune system is geared to fight tangible invaders—bacteria, viruses, toxins, and misbehaving cells of the body itself—or such consciously detectable stresses as heat, cold or injury. It includes a system of circulating antibodies by which specialized cells recognize the intruder. The cells controlling this phase, which is called humoral immunity, then select appropriate defenders from an array of other types, each programmed for a certain function, such as digesting bacteria, clearing away cellular debris, or neutralizing poisons. Electromagnetic energy isn’t consciously perceived, however. It tricks the immune system into fighting a shadow. Thus we can predict that, just like a fire company answering a false alarm, the body will be less able to fight the real fire. Pg 292-293 …. the most dramatic reported effect on immune response has been produced by ELF fields. During his systematic study of 200-gauss, 50 hertz magnetic fields, Yuri N. Udintsev found that the concentration of bacteria needed to kill mice in such an environment was only one-fifth that needed without the field. Pg 292-293 After accounting for magnetic storms, ionospheric flux, passage of the interplanetary magnetic-field boundaries, and other variables, they found clear evidence that an electric field only slightly stronger than earth’s background stimulated growth of all bacteria and increased their resistance to antibiotics. Pg 292-293 Scientific American, April, 2004, p.28 – “Magnetic Moods” A 20 minute spell in an MRI tube is nobody’s idea of a good time. So when several depressed patients exited a novel scanning session laughing, joking and exhibiting generally jovial behavior, researchers led by imaging physicist Michael Rohan and imaging center director Perry F. Renshaw at McLean psychiatric hospital in Belmont, Mass., decided quickly decided to investigate. ….The McLean team does not know why EP-MRSI (echoplanar magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging)exerts ant antidepressant effect, but the researchers note that the electrical field’s one-kilohertz pulse rate matches the natural firing rate of rbain cells….Some studies suggest that in episodes of bipolar disoder, [the]two hemispheres get out of balance; the electromagnetic pulses of EP-MRSI may affect that imbalance.

Christ’s Power and Authority is Cosmic in Scope

His name alone, and not His name in addition to others, is sufficient for a successor confrontation with the powers of evil. The convert would no longer needed to live with the fear that perhaps one or a number of supernatural powers could be equal to or superior to Christ. Christ power and authority is exceeding superior to all categories of “powers” indeed, every name that is named. (Arnold)

“captives” – are these the enemies of 1:20? Very likely.

DISCERNMENT OBSERVATIONS I discern Powers on the back part of my head. Many have discerned these powers by feeling an electrical sensation.

POSITION IN THE TABERNACLE I sense that the candlestick is a power. Note in Zechariah 4 that the two olive trees (part of the trees of life) are on either side of the candlestick. The Trees of life feel like powers.

FUNCTION OF ELEMENTAL SPIRITS

Elemental spirits seem to be the spiritual beings behind the elements on the periodic table. They seem to be neutrally spiritually. It appears they can be contaminated and then affect the normal functioning of the physical elements on the periodic table.

It also appears that the Elemental spirits connect to the Glory of God by the Glorious Ones (doxa).

DISCERNMENT OBSERVATIONS I discern the elemental spirits on the top part of the back of my neck. The first time I discerned them I felt profound cold.

DOMINIONS AND OWNERSHIP

A Brief History

A few years ago I came across an evil force called a dominion. It told me it was over material items. It was not until November 21, 1996 that I came to understand more about this dominion.

It appears that when I declare that something BELONGS TO ME that there is then formed between me and that object an evil spiritual connection. This object may be small or may be a land mass. Therefore, if I declare a piece of property is mine or if I in essence give over a piece of property to the enemy (i.e. high place), then an ungodly spiritual connection is formed. Also other ungodly connections, i.e. ley lines, can be affected. The evil that is involved may be a fallen dominion.

Scripture Is Clear That All Belongs to the Lord Ps 22:27-28 All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the LORD, and all the families of the nations will bow down before him, for dominion belongs to the LORD and he rules over the nations.

We Are Told to Rule Over Creation in His Name

Gen. 1:26-28 Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.” So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground."

When We Sinned We Gave Over to the Enemy What Was God’s

In Christ we now have the authority to take back what has been given to the enemy and give it back to God. God was clear that the land belonged to Him. The year of Jubilee was an outward manifestation of that truth. Lev 25:23 "'The land must not be sold permanently, because the land is mine and you are but aliens and my tenants." We must exercise our authority given to us by God and give back to God all that we have given to the enemy.

We then ask him to remove the evil dominion and replace it with a righteous dominion. It is interesting that the Old Testament has an example of what happens in this process. The Old Testament Hebrew word harem means a "devoted thing." Harris OTW has the following information. "Surrendering something to God meant devoting it to the service of God or putting it under a ban for utter destruction. The idea of devoting an object for service to God appears in Lev. 27:28. Whatever is devoted to the Lord, whether man, animal, or property, is considered most holy by God and is therefore not to be sold or redeemed by substituting something else. According to Num. 18:14 and Ezk 44:29, all such objects are to be given to the priests for the support of the religious ceremonies. Because the root qadash "to be holy," also carries the thought of setting apart from the ordinary use in surrender to God (especially in the Piel), we must distinguish objects set apart because "holy." In a text discussed above, Lev. 27:28-29, these two were brought together in that the devoted object was considered most holy by God. This suggests that the two were closely related, and this was true in respect to objects devoted for ceremonial service. But in respect to the objects to be destroyed, these were considered to be offensive to God and injurious to his work. Objects were to be set apart because they were holy, pleasing, and useful to Him."


SOME OBSERVATIONS

One therapist I was working with had a vision of this evil dominion as a "covering" over the whole earth (one entity). He also saw a globe with lines. He also saw what appeared to be power points with eight lines coming from the center point (forming eight triangles off of the one point). It appears these are ley lines. Las Vegas, D.C. N.Y. City and Chicago had these lines coming out from them. Another therapist saw three sets of ley lines. One in the sky, one on earth and one under the earth. Phil 2:10- that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,

The spiritual connections between a person and their possessions may explain how psychics can find an individual by holding unto one of their possessions. Perhaps they can see the spiritual connections APPLICATION: Through prayer we can give back to God what we have taken. We can ask Him to utterly destroy that which is "not of Him and to make holy that which is of Him." We can then ask Him to remove the influences of the evil dominion and reestablish the authority of the righteous dominion.


I believe that the Highways of Holiness are managed by righteous Dominions and that Ley Lines are managed by unrighteous Dominions? You can discern ley lines by placing your hand over them. It now seems that Dominions might be over the grid.

LOCATION IN TABERNACLE It is unclear to where in the Tabernacle Dominions are located.


SCRIPTURAL REFERENCES Isa 6:1-8 In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord seated on a throne, high and exalted, and the train of his robe filled the temple. Above him were seraphs, each with six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying. And they were calling to one another: "Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory." At the sound of their voices the doorposts and thresholds shook and the temple was filled with smoke. "Woe to me!" I cried. "I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the LORD Almighty." Then one of the seraphs flew to me with a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with tongs from the altar. With it he touched my mouth and said, "See, this has touched your lips; your guilt is taken away and your sin atoned for." Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" And I said, "Here am I. Send me!"

DEFINITION

Hebrew ָׂשָרף (saraf, “seraph”) literally means “burning one,” perhaps suggesting that these creatures had a fiery appearance. Elsewhere in the OT the word “seraph” refers to poisonous snakes (Num 21:6; Deut 8:15; Isa 14:29; 30:6). Perhaps they were called “burning ones” because of their appearance or the effect of their venomous bites, which would cause a victim to burn up with fever. It is possible that the seraphs seen by Isaiah were at least partially serpentine in appearance. Though it might seem strange for a snake-like creature to have wings, two of the texts where “seraphs” are snakes describe them as “flying” (Isa 14:29; 30:6), perhaps referring to their darting movements. When discerning seraphim I feel an effervescent feeling. I sense this is the fire coming up from the feet. Seraphim are worshippers.

POSITION IN THE TABERNACLE The seraphim are located at the Golden Altar in the Holy Place.


SCRIPTURE Rev 4:10 the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne, and worship him who lives for ever and ever. They lay their crowns before the throne and say:

Rev 5:5-14 Then one of the elders said to me, "Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals." Then I saw a Lamb, looking as if it had been slain, standing in the center of the throne, encircled by the four living creatures and the elders. He had seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth. And when he had taken it, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp and they were holding golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. DEFINITION Strong: presbuteros (pres-boo'-ter-os); comparative of presbus (elderly); older; as noun, a senior; specifically, an Israelite Sanhedrist (also figuratively, member of the celestial council) or Christian "presbyter": KJV-- elder (-est), old.


ELDERS AND HEALING

We have noticed that spiritual elders are often the ones who touch a person in a place on their body where they are to pray for healing for others. James 5:14 - Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.

POSITION IN TABERNACLE The 24 elders are located around the throne of God – the Ark of the Covenant in the Holy of Holies.

DEFINITION Ruler – Greek: ἀρχή always signifies “primacy,” whether in time: “beginning,” principium, or in rank: “power,” “dominion,” “office.” The number four definition is “supernatural power.”

OBSERVATIONS Rulers appear to be spiritual beings who are the first to declare the decisions made by the Trinity. Jesus is the Chief ruler and sits as Melchizedek at the head of the Table of Showbread. They are invested with supernatural power. Psalm 23 seems to be about the Rulers. Some translate ἀρχή as Principalities. It would appear it is much better to translate it rulers. The concept of principalities does not seem to be supported by scripture.

DISCERNMENT OBSERVATIONS I feel the rulers on the back of my head by my neck in the same place that I feel powers. I ask the Lord which one I am feeling and I feel intensity when I sense rulers, if I say rulers.

DEFINITION Spiritual Forces – Greek: pneumatikov Eph 6:12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Can be translated Wind, Breath, Life, Soul, Spirit, Spirit of the Dead, Conjurer up of Spirits of the Dead, the Deceased in the Grave. Dr. Tom Hawkins: The word “forces” is added because in English the idea is incomplete. The translation “spiritual evil” is used because in the context they would seem to be some kind of “power” or “force” with personality, not just a cosmological “evil” that somehow permeates the world. Of wickedness - πονηρία. Ponerias – defectiveness, physical sickness in both animals and men, It is the intentionally practiced evil. In Hebrew the word means poor and useless state, badness of fruits, the ugliness and unprepossessing nature of animal, bad mood, sorrowful mien, displeasure, , misfortune, evil, days of disaster,, bad, troubled situation evil men do to one another, hence in the sense of injury and also expression of an evil disposition evil plan or purpose, maliciousness, evil individual wicked acts, wickedness of the wicked, haughtiness, violence, and hardness of heart.

DISCERNMENT OBSERVATIONS These beings appear to be inter dimensional (inter heavenly places).

When Spiritual Forces are present I have a sense of an effervescent feeling on my head.

SCRIPTURE Mal 4:1-6 "Surely the day is coming; it will burn like a furnace. All the arrogant and every evildoer will be stubble, and that day that is coming will set them on fire," says the LORD Almighty. "Not a root or a branch will be left to them. But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings. And you will go out and leap like calves released from the stall. Then you will trample down the wicked; they will be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day when I do these things," says the LORD Almighty.” Remember the law of my servant Moses, the decrees and laws I gave him at Horeb for all Israel. "See, I will send you the prophet Elijah before that great and dreadful day of the LORD comes. He will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers; or else I will come and strike the land with a curse."


I sense healing on the upper part of my palm. The first time I discerned the Sun of Righteousness, I could tell that a huge angel (at least 40 feet high) was present and that it had an anointing of healing.

What did you see?” And the woman said to Saul, “I saw a spirit [elohim] ascending out of the earth.” So he said to her, “What is his form?” And she said, “An old man is coming up, and he is covered with a mantle.” And Saul perceived that it was Samuel, and he stooped with his face to the ground and bowed down.

INSIGHTS Are we the sons of God before we come to earth? We know the fallen sons of God had sexual relations with the daughters of men. The result of the fallen sons of God mating with the daughters of men resulted in the Nephilim and then the Rephaim. The fallen sons of God might be what mythology explain the pantheon of gods in different cultures

Daniel 8:13 - Then I heard a holy one speaking; and another holy one said to that certain one who was speaking, “How long will the vision be, concerning the daily sacrifices and the transgression of desolation,”

“When Daniel was given a special prophecy by a “certain holy one” this special messenger was called palmoni, which is annotated in the margin as the ‘numberer of secrets,’ This appears to be a specialist which has to do with numbers. Numbers as well as words appear to hold a particular significant in the works of God.” Cosmic Codes, Chuck Missler, p. 281.

OBSERVATION Palmoni seems to vibrate at 440 HZ which is the key of A above middle C. It may be the sound that was played at the dedication of Solomon’s temple.

2 Chronicles 5:13–14 indeed it came to pass, when the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD, and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the LORD, saying: “For He is good, For His mercy endures forever,” that the house, the house of the LORD, was filled with a cloud, so that the priests could not continue ministering because of the cloud; for the glory of the LORD filled the house of God.

DISCERNMENT OBSERVATIONS I feel Palmoni as a vibration on my head. I asked the Lord what the vibration is and I get a “hit” when I say Palmoni.

MICHAEL AND GABRIEL Archangel ἀρχάγγελος – archangelos – Chief angel Michael – “Who is Like God” Gabriel - “Warrior of God” or “Man of God”

MICHAEL - CHIEF PRINCE Prince רׂשַ (śar). Prince, chief, captain, ruler, governor, keeper, chief captain, steward, master. This masculine noun is used 381 times in the OT. The word may denote leaders, chieftains. Thus in the plural it refers to the leaders of Israel (Num 21:18), Issachar (Judg 5:15), Midian (7:25), the Philistines (I Sam 29:3ff.), the Moabites (Jer 48:7), and the Ammonites (Amos 1:15). In the singular it refers to David as leader of freebooters (I Sam 22:2). Closely related is its reference to a military commander. In Jud 4:2, after naming Jabin as the king of Canaan and Hazor, Sisera is called “captain of his host.” Likewise, Abner is the “captain of the host” of Israel under King Saul (I Sam 17:55). Interestingly, in the theophany of Josh 5:14, 15, “the captain of the hosts of the Lord” appears to encourage Joshua before the siege of Jericho

UNIQUENESS OF MICHAEL AND GABRIEL GABRIEL Stands in the presence of God. Tyndale Bible Dictionary – GATEKEEPERS: Those who guarded gates of the cities and doors of palaces, temples, and other large buildings. Their task was to admit or reject visitors (2 Kgs 7:10–11; 11:4–9). In the Bible these men are variously named as gatekeepers, porters, doorkeepers, and guards. There appears to be spiritual beings that have this function on the grid. They hold the keys to the gates and doors

SCRIPTURE 2 Pet 2:10 This is especially true of those who follow the corrupt desire of the sinful nature and despise authority. Bold and arrogant, these men are not afraid to slander celestial beings;

Jude 1:8 In the very same way, these dreamers pollute their own bodies, reject authority and slander celestial beings.

DEFINITION δόξα. Doxas - repute, honor, radiance, glory, reflection in the sense of image. It denotes “divine and heavenly radiance,” the “loftiness and majesty” of God, and even the “being of God” and His world. Word is also used strictly in the NT to express the “divine mode of being.” In the NT, as in the LXX, the meanings “divine honor,” “divine splendor,” “divine power” and “visible divine radiance” are fluid, and can only be distinguished artificially. In content, however, there is always expressed the divine mode of being, though with varying emphasis on the element of visibility. The Hebrew word was always used in a secular sense for “honor.” Yet honor was not thought of as a purely ideal quality, but, in accordance with the basic meaning, as something “weighty” in man which gives him “importance.” Something weighty or impressive. In relation to God it implies that which makes God impressive to man, the force of His self-manifestation. As everywhere attested in the OT, God is intrinsically invisible. Nevertheless, when He reveals Himself, or declares Himself, one may rightly speak of the glory making a significant manifestation on man.

Exodus 33:18 And he said, “Please, show me Your glory.” The nature of the glory itself is to be conceived as a radiant, fiery substance. There proceeds from it fire which consumes the awaiting sacrifice, and after speaking with God Moses has a radiance of countenance which dazzles the Israelites

INSIGHTS It appears the Glorious Ones connect the elemental spirits (which are connected to the physical elements of our body) to the Glory of God.

SCRIPTURE Exodus 12:41 And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years—on that very same day—it came to pass that all the armies [hosts] of the LORD went out from the land of Egypt. Deuteronomy 4:19 And take heed, lest you lift your eyes to heaven, and when you see the sun, the moon, and the stars, all the host of heaven, you feel driven to worship them and serve them, which the LORD your God has given to all the peoples under the whole heaven as a heritage.

Psalm 24:10 Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah

OBSERVATIONS It appears that the host of heaven is made up of spiritual beings that appear humanoid. The hosts of heaven seem to be made up of the host, the angelic armies, the watchers, the stars, Holy Ones, mighty ones, and the saints both deceased and alive.

SCRIPTURAL REFERENCE

Job 38:31–33 “Can you bind the cluster of the Pleiades, Or loose the belt of Orion? Can you bring out Mazzaroth in its season? Or can you guide the Great Bear with its cubs? Do you know the ordinances of the heavens? Can you set their dominion over the earth?

DEFINITION

Occurs only in Job 38:32. Meaning dubious. Perhaps it refers to a particular star .(mazzārôt) ַמזְזָרֹותor constellation. See mazzālôt.

FUNCTION OF MAZZROTH It appears that the Mazzaroth functions as a star council, like an executive branch of government. The word Mazzaroth is plural in Hebrew and thus might indicate several layers of Mazzaroth with the lowest function of the DNA in the body and the highest level over the multi-universe worlds.

MAZZAROTH IN THE NEW TESTAMENT

Ephesians 6:12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities [arche], against powers [exousias], against the rulers [kosmokratoras] of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Rulers – The Greek word here is not rulers (arche) but κοσμοκράτωρ.kosmokratoras Strong definition: A rare and late word, whose history is hard to follow. It is relatively common in astrological writings, where it means the planets, orig. perhaps as the rulers of the heavenly spheres, then as the rulers of the universe who also ordain the destinies of men. Only later is the term used of the gods in the Gk. world (Orph. Hymn.), but from the standpoint of religious history this is the root of the concept. Is this a possible reference to the Mazzaroth in Job 38?

Colossians 1:16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.


Thrones - The word θρόνος is related to θρᾶνος, “seat,” “bench,” and θρῆνυς “foot-stool.” It means “in general a high stool with back and arms, and with an accompanying footstool.” As distinct from thronus, which is rare and is used only for the seat of deity, the seat denoted by θρόνος is only later reserved for kings and gods. Theological Dictionary of the New Testament: The reference seems to be to one of the highest classes of angels, though no precise distinction is possible.

OBSERVATIONS

The Seven Spirits of God are tied to the seven eyes of the Lord which are on the body. These eyes seem to be what those outside of Christianity call chakra points.

DISCERNMENT OBSERVATIONS I can tell when the Seven Spirits are present by a sudden increase in temperature. It feels like a “hot flash.” My sense is that we are taken up to where the Seven Spirits of God rather than the Seven Spirits of God coming to where we are.

POSITION IN THE TABERNACLE The Seven Spirits of God are located at the candlestick but they also are around the throne of God – the Ark of the Covenant.



Job 38:4–7 “Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth? Tell Me, if you have understanding. Who determined its measurements? Surely you know! Or who stretched the line upon it? To what were its foundations fastened? Or who laid its cornerstone, When the morning stars sang together, And all the sons of God shouted for joy?

Job 22:12 Is not God in the height of heaven? And see the highest stars, how lofty they are!

Psalm 148:3 Praise Him, sun and moon; Praise Him, all you stars of light!

DEFINITION

star (kôkāb) כֹוָכבThe stars are sometimes personalized. They may be identified with the sons of God, who sang forth praise at the creation.

INSIGHTS

The stars appear to be beings. Revelation 2:28 and I will give him the morning star. To the ancients, stars were “beings.” In virtue of their spiritual constitution the Greeks regarded them as deities.

The stars appear to be powerful beings. Isaiah 14:12–13 How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, You who weakened the nations! For you have said in your heart: ‘I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation On the farthest sides of the north.

The spiritual stars war. Judges 5:20 They fought from the heavens; The stars from their courses fought against Sisera.

Stars seem somehow tied to us (much like angels are assigned to us). 2 Peter 1:19 And so we have the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts;

As spiritual beings, the righteous stars praise God. Psalm 148:3 Praise Him, sun and moon; Praise Him, all you stars of light!

Watchers stand on the walls so therefore they may stand on the grid lines. He watches over my paths. Job 13:27 You put my feet in the stocks, And watch closely all my paths. You set a limit for the soles of my feet.


Watchers guard over the harvest so the ungodly ones would block evangelism. Those who have seen watchers also call them sentinels or guardians. Watchers are a kind of Holy One (Daniel 4:13). Watchers report time. The righteous watchers protect from evil. The ungodly ones allow destruction to come from within. The righteous watchers look more like soldiers. The ungodly watchers look like corrupt politicians. What is their function in Your kingdom? They are over the cellular level.

DISCERNMENT OBSERVATIONS I feel the watchers on the back of my head as an intense pressure and vibration.
