the journey

Your journey starts right now, with the next turn of the page. But others have

been travelling with us for ages, since Collette has been providing travellers

with guided tours for the past 100 years. Read what one traveller had to say:

BEGINS HERE

The trip is totally planned and scheduled. When visiting high traic places, like the Vatican, tickets have been purchased in advance and the Collette traveller doesn’t have to wait in long, unguided tour lines. The traveller is able to tour

some amazing cities like Rome, Venice, and Florence and the special places in them, and see wonderful areas like the Amalfi Coast… Collette does

an excellent job of finding personable local guides who have an in-depth knowledge of their cities and its history.

It is very touching

to visit the sanctuaries and other

religious places of interest that most pilgrims

have heard about during their lives. Spending time

in a shrine where Our Lady appeared

is a special moment in a pilgrim's life. In a way,

the pilgrimage can reinforce

your devotion.

An Epic History: Back in 1633, Oberammergau was suering from the Bubonic Plague. The villagers appealed for Divine intervention to save their families. They vowed that if God were to spare them, they would perform a Passion Play every ten years. They say not a single person fell victim to the Plague after that. Excitement is already building for the play after a decade-long wait. The demand for seats will be high, and space on our tours will be limited.
