High quality raw materials produced by continuous casting method according to the standard. The Raw Material is homogeneous and does not keep any lamination and inclu-sion. Corrosion resistance is high due to low phosphor and sulphur ratio.

Polietilen KaplamaPE Coating

Polietilen kaplama, yüksek yaşlanma direnci, darbe ve soyulmaya karşı dayanım gibi özellikleri nedeniyle Petrol-doğalgaz ve su hatlarında kullanılmaktadır.

Polyethylene Coating is being used for petro-natural gas and water pipe lines, for its characteristics such as; high ageing resistance, resistance to hit and peeling.

Epoksi KaplamaEpoxy Coating

Boru iç ve dış yüzeyine püskürtme yöntemiyle sıcak ve soğuk olarak müşteri talebine göre farklı uygulamalar yapılabilmektedir.

Doğalgaz borularında flow coat epoksi kullanılırken su borularında solventsiz epoksi, kazık borularında ise coal tar epoksi ya da glass flake kullanılmaktadır. Ayrıca atık su ve drenaj

hatlarında sıcak poliüretan boya uygulamaları yapılmaktadır.

Upon the request of the customer different application may be performed through inner and outer spraying method, in cool or hot way.

Flow coat epoxy is used in natural gas pipes, where as solvent-free epoxy in water pipes, and coal tar epoxy or glass flake apply for piling pipes. Moreover, hot polyurethane paint apply for waste water and drainage lines.

Çeliğin korozif ortamlardan etkilenmesini engellemek için, borular, kullanım amacına uygun malzemeler ile kaplanmaktadır. Müşteri ihtiyacına göre 3 kat PE, Epoksi, Bitüm ve

Beton kaplama imkanları sunulmaktadır. PE kaplama sistemimiz son kat FBE kaplama imkanı tanımaktadır.

Kaplanacak yüzeylerin kir, pas ve yağdan tamamen arındırılması özel kumlama makineleri ile Sa 2 ½ seviyesinde yapılmaktadır.

In order to prevent steel to be affected by corrosive environment, the pipes are covered with various materials according to its usage purpose. According to the customer needs, different coating choices may apply such as 3 layers PE, epoxy, bitumen, Concrete. PE coat-ing system allows us to make FBE cover for the last coat.

Thoroughly de-oiling, de-rusting and de-dusting of the surface to be covered is performed through special sandblasting machine on Sa 2 ½ level.

Beton KaplamaCement Mortar Coating

Beton Kaplama, özellikle içme suyu hatlarının sadece iç yüzeyine uygulanan kaplama

çeşididir. Çimento harcı, yüksek santrifüj ile dönmekte olan boruya dönme yönünün tersine

püskürtme metodu ile eşit miktarda yayılması sağlanarak uygulanır. Belirli oranlarda yüksek

kalite çimento, su, silis kumu ve özel katkı maddesinin karışımı ile oluşturulan çimento

harcı kullanılır. Özel katkı maddesi, çimento, su ve kum arasında bağlayıcılığı aynı zamanda

kaplama yüzeyinin düzgünlüğünü sağlamaktadır.

Cement coating is a kind of coating applied only to the inner surface of especially potable

water lines. Cement mortar is applied to the pipe turning with high centrifuge through

spraying method applying opposite way of turning side, which ensures it spreads equally

to the surface Cement mortar formed through the mixture of high quality cement, water,

silica sand and special additives at the certain levels, is used. Special additive ensures the

adherence between cement, water and sand and the smoothness of the coating surface as

well.

Coal Tar Enamel ve Bitüm KaplamaCoal-Tar Enamel & Bitumen Coating

Santrifüj ve sarma yöntemi ile primer uygulama yapılan borulara sıcak cam elyaf, bitüm veya coal tar enamele emdirilerek sarılır.

Genellikle içme suyu hatlarında tercih edilen Bitüm ve Coal Tar Enamel kaplama, boru dış yüzeyine uygulanan kaplama çeşididir.
