ASIA Classification
• A – complete: no motor and sensory function preserved in sacral segments s4 s5
• B – incomplete: sensory but no motor function preserved below the level of lesion and includes s4 and s5
• C – incomplete: motor preserved with more than half of the key muscles less than 3/5
• D – incomplete: motor preserved with atlest half with grade of atleast 3 or more
• E - normal: sensory and motor functions intact
