• Encourage your child to read and discuss the text with them
• Reading through their homework with them• Correct spelling mistakes• Focus on key words/spellings for year group/sent home• Brush up on your own Spelling, Grammar and
Punctuation• Correct their spelling and discuss spelling patterns• Read through their writing with them and help to correct
grammar and punctuation• BE SUPPORTIVE!
