Requirements

Serious passion towards UX design. Proven UI-UX design experience in previous role. High exposure on designing in various media; from web, Android, iOS etc. Both smart thinker and talker, able to articulate the design decisions clearly and simply. Creative and Innovative, yet have to show rather sufficient strength in visual and interaction details. Some experience with front-end programming (you should be able to build simple web/app from scratch) Deep understanding in application design, from paper prototyping to high fidelity prototyping.
