Loss Examples

2006 32’ Sea Ray: The vessel struck a submerged log resulting

in damage to the props and drive shaft. Damages to repair

props and drive shafts, as well as emergency towing charges

were paid.

1939 41’ converted tugboat: Windstorm caused the vessel

to break free from the dock and it sustained damage from

grounding at shore. The damage to hull, cost to remove vessel

and survey fees all paid in full.
