Attachment to the Special Use Permit Waste Management of New York
Chaffee Facility – Proposed Valley Fill Landfill Expansion This attachment has been prepared to provide further detail in regards to the requirements listed on the Application for Town Board Special Use Permit. Item 2 requires the property to be located on a map or figure. See Attachment 2, Figure 1 for a property location map. The figure identifies the WMNY property lines, the area of the WMNY property that is currently zoned BL, the permitted landfill and soil borrow areas and the location of the Proposed Borrow Valley Fill Landfill Expansion area. Items 2 and 3 require that the record property owner and SBL be listed for each parcel of property located in the area subjected to the permit. Attached is a list of the required information. A total of nine parcels are located in the area subjected to the permit, all of which are listed as owned by CID Landfill Inc. WMNY has sole ownership of CID Landfill Inc.

General Considerations for Site Plan Review Waste Management of New York
Chaffee Facility – Proposed Valley Fill Landfill Expansion The Town of Sardinia Zoning Ordinance Section 115-30.5 “Standards for Review” includes a list of items for general consideration in review of the site plan. The following identifies the location where the required information is included on the attachments. 1. Location, arrangement, size, design and general site compatibility of buildings, lighting and signs.
