APPLICATIONS

• Blind Flanges : These are usually used to stop one end ofthe flanged pipe, a valve orifice or the opening of apressure vessel.

• Slip on Flanges : Used in quick assembly to save the cost,these are also used in less strict requirements in terms oflength of pipe section.

• Socket Welding Flanges : Recommended for orificeflanges. These work as substitute for slip-on-flanges inthe cases where the diameter of the tube is very smalland working pressure is very high.

• Lap Joint Flanges : These are primarily used when quickassembly and disassembly of pipe line section isrequired under limited working pressure.

• Threaded Flanges : These flanges are used in specialrequirements to work under high temperature andpressure, making sure no welding joint is made at theassembly.

• Weld Neck Flanges : These are mainly used on heatcoupling of pipes when there is possibility of expansionof the section while bending stress on the coupling.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONWe manufacture and export comprehensive range of rings starting from 10" NB upto 54" NB rings with a thickness of minimum 2" upto 12". The rings & hollow forgings are produced as per the needs & specification of the buyer. We also manufacture and export hollow forgings & rings of all kind of steel grades, alloys, carbon, stainless steel etc.

Sipecial Steel Forge specializes in all types of typical forgings and possesses technology to produce rings & hollow forgings. The production of sleeves, housings, bearing shells & long weld necks are some of the products, which are being covered under hollow forgings.

T he blind & tube sheets like steel blind sheets, steel tube sheets, forged steel tube sheets are manufactured as per international standards and as per customer's requirement. Blind flanges & steel blinds are normally used to stop one end of a flanged pipe, a valve orifice or the opening of a pressure vessel.

SHAFTWe have gained huge expertise and specialization

in manufacturing and export of shafts for varied industrial requirements, which include industrial engineering, automobiles and general mechanical engineering needs. These shafts can be customized to suit specific needs.

PRODUCT RANGE

We manufacture and supply a wide range of

forged steel shafts for various purposes,

including industrial engineering, automobiles and

general mechanical engineering purposes.

We offer industry specific shafts that are used in

various applications. Some of the common types

of shafts are Rotary Shafts, Precision Shafting,

Linear Shafts, Shaft Collars, Flexible Shafts.

We understand the importance of quality products and the long way it

of raw material, production and supply. International practices and

methods are adopted to produce international standard products.

for our raw material to ensure quality, consistent and timely delivery so

that we can avoid delays in supply of orders and fulfill our

Tested Ingots are heated in furnaces, which are regularly calibrated for

their thermal efficiency. Forging process then undertakes, which is

keenly supervised for every stroke of hammer that shapes various

items into desired forms and shapes.

If demanded, the forgings can undergo destructive and non-

destructive testing to meet specific customer requirements. These

testings can be conducted in-house or by third parties to ensure

complete adherence to quality. We are approved with BHEL, LLoyds,

DNV, IBR, Tractbel, FACT, HMT, Starwire India Ltd.

Quality, according to us, is not only the efficiency and durability of

products but also its utility for which it is bought and thus we work
