Rally Day—Jesus Loves You S’more! Sunday, September 13, 9:00 a.m. at St. Paul Come as a family and eat S’mores and learn about the changes for this year! They involve a new curriculum “Explore the Bible”, that will keep everyone on the same page (Pre-K through adult). The same texts and stories will be adapted for all ages, and allow for more conversation and follow-up at home. If you haven’t been able to make the education hour part of your regular weekly schedule in the past, this could be a great time to start! Also new this year—kids can collect dog tag awards for learning things like the ten commandments or bringing a friend to visit. There will be 12 different awards available. Many thanks to those who are stepping up to teach and assist! We are still in need of a lot more help, so please contact Chrissy French Blessing of the Backpacks Sunday, August 30 during both Worship Services Students are to bring their school backpacks to church. Blessing of the Backpacks Sunday, August 30

Students are to bring their school backpacks to church.

We will bless them during worship in preparation for the new school year.

*A special gift will be given to the carrier of each backpack as a reminder that Christ goes with them everyday.

month (every third Monday) starting in September and continuing through the month of May.

5. Strikes, Foul Balls, Fly Balls– Dealing

with failure

6. Batting Average– Consistency

7. Umpire– Handling sibling rivalry

8. Sliding into Base– Charting and celebrating success

9. Outfield– Preparing your kids for their future
