• WA SPE Section hosted multiple events during 2016/17:– 11 Technical luncheons

• 4 Distinguished Lecturers– 9 afternoon Continuing Education lectures (free)– 2 Training Courses (Geomechanics Seminar and Formation Damage

course)– SPE WA oil and gas facilities group lectures– Young Professionals events (workshops, speakers, gala dinners)– SPE-WA Mentoring program (student workshops)

• Awarded 4 x scholarships• Held the Asia Pacific Oil & Gas Conference & Exhibition
