The afternoon hour focuses on powerful dynamic sequences, followed by deep relaxation and meditation—for a calm, peaceful and conscious transition to the evening. The Power Yoga and Vinyasa Flow sessions include effective warm-up and strengthening yoga postures followed by a fl owing series of exercises to build and stretch the muscles. The aim of this yoga week is to bring power, mobility, breathing and relaxation into harmony. It is a wonderful experience for beginners and experienced students of yoga.

GET STARTED, TAKE OFF AND TAKE A DEEP BREATH—YOGA AND MOUNTAIN BIKE WITH DAGMAR BUHLERThis active week is a wonderful opportunity for anyone interested in learning how to practice yoga. Dagmar Buhler provides a gentle introduction to yoga, explains the most important basics of the yoga poses, demonstrates simple breathing exer-cises and invites you to experience deep relaxation. Hatha Yoga promotes strength, stability and fl exibility. The fl owing move-ments of Vinyasa Flow eliminate physical stresses and calm the mind. Regular yoga practice helps people make their daily lives more positive and relaxing. At the same time, these exercises increase awareness of the moment and improved posture, personal energy and radiance. The group mountain biking tours are a wonderful complement to yoga. Exercising in nature is both peaceful and satisfying. The combination of gentle relaxation and dynamic activity calms the nerves, clears the mind and helps to achieve a physical, psychological and emotional balance. The Yoga and mountain bike week is a unique combi-nation of high-powered Black Forest tours and wonderfully gentle yoga sessions. Participants will notice the lasting healing impact on the body, spirit and soul. No prior experience is needed for this yoga week, which is designed for beginners and experienced students alike. Dagmar Buhler will provide individual advice and support. Mountain bike excursions and destina-tions will be chosen based on the students’ interests.

YOU CAN ONLY FIND PEACE IN THE FOREST—YOGA WITH LOVE WITH SABINE BROGHAMMERAranja Yoga is an ancient type of yoga. Also referred to as forest yoga, it teaches us to calm our minds and relax our bodies in order to become more conscious of ourselves and our surroundings. The gentle, intense exercises can be com-bined with techniques used in Felden krais and autogenic training. Yoga beginners will quickly learn the gentle basic postures and benefi t from the holistic approach to forest yoga. Experienced students will have the opportunity to deepen their physical consciousness and spirituality. During this yoga week, the mornings are dedicated to Hatha Yoga, Yoga Flow and conscious breathing. Aranja Yoga and guided meditation are practiced in the afternoons.

AWAKEN YOUR INNER BEAUTY—“DAYS OF THE HEART” WITH KARINA WAGNER Truly timeless beauty comes from within. It radiates when the body, spirit and soul are in harmony—which takes far more than physical discipline. The true path through yoga touches the heart and fl ows through everyday life. Karina Wagner will take you on a journey to the inner you during her workshop, which includes conscious breathing, fl owing Kundalini asanas, gentle yoga techniques, golden qi gong and deep, healing meditation. Used together, these exercises will open the heart and help you achieve a deep, lasting joy. With Karina Wagner’s guidance, you can discover your original sources of beauty and well-being in a relaxing journey. Karina Wagner is an international therapist and travelling master—this is a recognis-ed term for healers, body-workers and coaches who have taken qualifi cations in at least six different countries. The title has only been given to 13 people around the world. Karina has been organising yoga retreats and weeks of the heart for over 12 years, and also trains healers.

APPOINTMENTSOf course, you want to enjoy your treatment without feeling stressed or rushed. For this reason, we recom-mend that you arrive at the SPA reception desk several minutes before your Traube Tonbach SPA experience. Please wear your bathrobe.

If you are too late for your appointment, we will have to shorten the time of your treatment. Each treatment needs to be completed on time to avoid delays in subsequent appointments. We don’t want to keep our guests waiting.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible to allow us to offer the time

slot to other guests. We will cancel your appointment free of charge up to no more than 48 hours prior to the

start of your appointment. If you cancel the appointment later, and we are unable to book this time slot with

another treatment, we will charge you 80% of the treatment price.
