Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to shower and use the lounge. Late arrivals will be subjected to reduced treatment times.
We kindly ask you to keep noise at a minimum to ensure peaceful atmosphere. Please turn off cell phones, personal electronic devices and cameras upon entering the SPA. All jewellery should be removed before the treatments so make sure to leave yours in the safety deposit in your room or use lockers provided in the changing room. We do not take responibility for lost or damaged personal items. A brief shower just before your massage, treatment or sauna washes off any salts or chemicals that could clog the pores and counteract the products used in treatments.
Upon your arrival you will be given with everything you need for your SPA experience (bathrobe, towel, slippers). Sports wear and athletic shoes are required for training in the fitness area. Please use the towel on every equipment for your personal hygiene.
Bei Ihrer Ankunft erhalten Sie alles, was Sie für Ihr Spa-Erlebnis benötigen (Bademantel, Handtuch, Pantoffeln). Für das Training im Fitnessbereich sind Sportbekleidung und Sportschuhe erforderlich. Bitte verwenden Sie das Handtuch für jedes Gerät für Ihre persönliche Hygiene.
Bitte treffen Sie 15 Minuten vor dem geplanten Termin ein, damit Sie Zeit zum Duschen und zur Nutzung der Lounge haben. Bei verspäteter Ankunft werden die Behandlungszeiten verkürzt.
Wir möchten Sie bitten, so wenig Lärm wie möglich zu machen, um eine ruhige Atmosphäre zu gewährleisten. Bitte schalten Sie Mobiltelefone, persönliche elektronische Geräte und Kameras aus, bevor Sie das Spa betreten. Sie sollten den gesamten Schmuck vor den Behandlungen abnehmen. Bewahren Sie ihn deshalb im Safe in Ihrem Zimmer auf oder verwenden Sie die Schließfächer im Umkleideraum. Wir haften nicht für verlorene oder beschädigte persönliche Gegenstände. Eine kurze Dusche kurz vor Ihrer Massage, Behandlung oder in der Sauna wäscht alle Salze oder Chemikalien ab, die die Poren verstopfen und den verwendeten Produkten bei der Behandlung entgegenwirken könnten.

Dialog with your therapist should be free and open. Please tell your therapist the areas you would like to be focused on and any areas to be avoided. During your treatment please let the therapist know if you feel any discomfort. In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion.

Guests who are pregnant, have had recent surgery or have any other medical concerns are advised to consult their physician before booking SPA services.

As a courtesy to all, we ask that a six-hour notice be given if you need to cancel or change your appointment. For a cancellation with less than a six-hour notification, guests will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. For no-show appointments, the full treatment will be charged.

Bei einer Stornierung mit einer Benachrichtigung von weniger als sechs Stunden im Voraus werden Ihnen 50 % der Behandlungskosten berechnet. Bei Nichterscheinen wird die volle Behandlung in Rechnung gestellt.
