Additional Party InfoSpa La La will generally arrive 45mins.-1hr before scheduled time of the event to set up for theevent. You will be provided with at least 2 pampr pals for your event. Most parties usually last fron2.5-3hrs.All personalized invition information should be sent to Spa La La as soon as possible to provide adequate time for proofing, printing and distribution.All party set-up, props are unique to each party and location.If there is any additional service that you may require for you party please ask we will do our bestto make your event speecial for you.

Payment & Cancellation PolicyAll party reservations require a deposit of $100. Party deposits are non-refundable. If you haveto cancel your event date, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your party for another date.All party events must be paid-in-full 5 business days prior to the scheduled event. No-shows willbe charged full-event pricing for a basic package . Prices are subject to change without notice. Ifadditional guests show up to the party event th e host will be charged additional to the party hoston that day, We may not be able to provide additional crafts or activity add ons for guests thatwere not originally booked but we will try to if we can. We may not be able to accommodateextremely late party guests to allow for full srvices within the event time.An additional gratuity fee may be added to your event total depending on your location. (e.g. forparking fees, hotel grats etc.)All personaized items ( e.g. water, pins, t-shirts) must be paid for in advance. A 50% deposit isrequired for all add on activities. All sales are final for personalized items.

Gift cards can be transfered therefore, if lost or stolen, cannot be replaced. All ngift cars are validfor 3 months.

It is the Host/Hostess (or Homeowner) responsibility to provide a safe and clean environment

throughout the party. Our services are for entertainment purposes only, we cannot be held responsible

for damages made by party guests, our pamper pals are not baby sitters, so party hosts must

provide supervision for guests.
