SEAWATER SPA PROGRAMS6/4-DAY PROGRAMS

Your appointmentsWe highly recommend you reserve your treatment in advance and arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Durations indicated in this booklet refer to the actual treatment time and do not take into account the time for the guest welcoming and change in the dressing room. In public areas and during treatments we recommend that you switch off your mobile phone and maintain a moderate tone of voice. Silence helps relax.

Cancellation policyTo avoid a cancellation fee of the full service price, cancellations should be made the day before no later than 8 p.m. Should you arrive late, we reserve the right to reduce proportionally the time allotted to the treatment reserved.

The InstituteIt is compulsory to put on slippers and swimwear (avoid white fabrics) inside the Institute.The Turkish bath is a hot steamy room, temperature may fluctuate between 40-50°C. The bio-sauna is a hot dry room, temperature may fluctuate between 60-80°C. Both Turkish bath and bio-sauna are accessed by men and women simultaneously. Access to bio-sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation area is strictly forbidden to children under the age of 18.

Some programs or single treatments are not suitable for pregnant women. Regardless of the number of days, for pregnant women a medical certificate of no contraindication to seawater spa treatments and Turkish bath is required. Also, upon arrival you will be asked to sign a discharge form.

Our treatments are intended for people over the age of 18. Only a selection of seawater spa treatments, beauty treatments, massages and sports activities are accessible to children but a medical advice and the formal authorization from a parent are required. Relevant documents will be sent on request. These documents must be completed and returned before the arrival at the Institute. For programs of less than 4 days,

you will be asked to submit a medical certificate or sign a discharge form before undergoing any treatment.

Health & safetyWhen you make your booking, please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries you may have so that we can adjust your treatment accordingly. Do not hesitate to ask a member of our staff for further advice.
