States and Nebraska. No person can be bared employment because of union membership.

Term Limits on Congress-- position that no person may serve in U.S. House of Representatives for more than 3 terms and no U.S. Senator for more than two

terms. Candidates for House and Senate must pledge to work for passage for U.S. Constitutional

amendment stating the same.
