secure username and password that will let

you log onto your fleet.

Once you have logged in the system will tell you where the

vehicles are – the vehicles coloured blue are currently

switched off, the ones coloured green are currently switched

on.


Once you click on one of the vehicles you will see all of it’s

activities for today.


To see where the vehicle is on a map you simply click this button.

The vehicle’s position will then appear in the

middle of the map showing it’s direction of

travel.


There are 12 mapping zoom levels from outline to street level. Clicking these buttons

zooms you in and out


To see where a member of your team is right now press this button. The update comes in within seconds and is shown in the activity log highlighted with a blue “Q”.


You can also send messages to the vehicle and include

full

Sat-Nav.


You can send the message to an individual vehicle or all of the vehicles within seconds. The MDT-850 can then

reply with preset replies ie “Arrived On Site”, “Job Completed” etc


You have a search function which will allow you to search for a full

postcode or street name. Clicking ‘Go to’ will take you to

that location….


…then a right click on the map will

display the nearest vehicle to that point.

Here the closest vehicle is V48 which

is only 0.6 miles from that location.


Not only can you see the vehicles in Real-Time, but you can also replay historic information on a map...


…and you can produce historic reports on the activities of your fleet going back to the day when the system was installed.


Here is an example of a historic activity report. It shows Start Time, Finish Time, Arrival Time to site, Time spent on site and Trip distance

between each stop.


This is an example of a Mileage report. It shows on a day by day basis the mileage for each vehicle and a total for the period.


This is an example of a Vehicle Stop report. It shows the time and location of every stop made by each vehicle. This Stop Report

always compares nicely with the day’s planned schedule.


This is an example of a mileage report.

This is an example of a Vehicle Trip report. It shows each trip, the distance between each stop and the time it took to travel between

each point.


This is an example of an Overspeed report. It allows you to specify the vehicle and the peak speed you expect it to reach. The report

then shows any speeds outside of your limits.
