Craft brewery SorA’laMA’ is at Vaie, in Val di Susa, near Turin, Piedmont, northern Italy, under the austere look of Sacra di San Michele, gothic-romanesque abbey that has kept sentry atop Alps mountains (962m) since the 10th century.

SorA’laMA’ beers are caratherized because of the Alps mountains pure water, the use of top quality natural ingredients typical of the surrounding area (spices, chestnuts, apples, cereals ...).

We only brew non pastorized beers, characterized for a great

fragrance, drinkability and digestibility
