The function You would directly supervise customer service personnel and provide office manager leadership for logistics and accounting support functions in our office in Maastricht, NL You participate in cross functional teams from sales, logistics, accounting and human resources ensuring successful business operations, high customer satisfaction, and exemplary employee morale You are responsible for the entire order management process from purchase order receipt to after order sales including interface with the international sales managers, managing customer orders, quotations, and sales inventories; investigating customer issues; and coordinating with logistics You provide expertise and support in coordination with US operations in employee relations and local labour law compliance You coordinate and manage contracts for vendors, leases, etc. What do you have to offer? You have a Bachelors degree or equivalent by experience and minimum 5 years relevant experience (customer service and office management including supervision) You have knowledge of the Dutch labour law You have superior people management skills and solid decision making and problem solving abilities You have demonstrated negotiation & conflict resolution skills You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, Spanish is a plus You are familiar with ERP systems. Logistics familiarity including export documentation and warehousing is a plus You can work independently but also successful within a team You are self-directed and are able to prioritize work load effectively Our offer You will operate in an atmosphere stimulating personal development and growth.
