Technology Overview

The Company’s technology is a practical application of Faraday’s Law of induction, whereby an electrical current passed through a wire coil creates an electromagnetic field. Go Green’s technology (intellectual property developed by co-founder Dr. Salvatore Mario Pandolfo) applies

the fundamental principles of electromagnetic induction to cause molecular-level changes in both

water and petroleum distillates to deliver unique and significant benefits. More specifically, the

company’s proprietary technology involves unique coil designs and configurations in which the number of coils, coil positioning, coil geometry, properties of the coil wires themselves, and

several other variables are precisely engineered to create a "forced sequential rephrasing” arrangement that optimizes the affects of the EM waves on fluids passing through the field.

Water Applications In water applications, the primary benefits are the prevention of scale formation, removal of scale deposits, and elimination of biological growth

(including bacteria, algae, and fungi).

Scale deposits result when the concentration of dissolved minerals in a water source exceeds their solubility limits, and precipitates form on surfaces contacting the water. The most common scale forming minerals exhibit reverse solubility, meaning they become less soluble as the

temperature of the water increases. This property causes scale buildup in pipes and on the most critical and sensitive areas in mechanical

production equipment- the heat transfer surfaces. Scale deposits have much lower thermal conductivity than metal, and subsequently the capacity

of both heating and cooling elements are reduced significantly by even thin films of scale. Studies by the U.S. Department of Energy and numerous

other sources have shown a non-linear energy increase with increased scale thickness. For example, a ¼” thick layer of calcium scale increases electrical power needs by approximately 40%. Deposits can also impede or block water passages altogether, which can cause significant damage to

equipment and requires that the equipment be removed from operation for either chemical or mechanical cleaning.

The Sonical™ Water System alters the shape and ionic bonding characteristics of the mineral molecules (typically calcium and magnesium salts). Untreated, these particles are

prone to bonding with one another, forming a crystalline structure which adheres

aggressively to most contact surfaces. Under the effects of the pulsed variable

electromagnetic field, the particles are transformed into a soft powder which resists

bonding to like-molecules and to the surfaces of pipes and

heating/cooling elements. These particles stay suspended in

the water and pass through the system without forming

harmful deposits, or form easy-to-remove sediment layers in

collection basins. Without a constant supply of newly bonded

molecules to “repair” the surface, the scale layer is subject to erosion and is eliminated from the system over time, typically

with no mechanical action or chemical treatment.

Laboratory Test Results Go Green and Sonical SRL have spent more than 5 years doing laboratory and real world testing of its fuel and water products.

●  The SonicalTM uses an electromagnetic field to alter the molecular structure of fluids.●  The effect of electromagnetic fields on fuel and water is well documented. Studies date

back to the 19th century when Dutch Scientist Johannes Diderik van der Waals discovered the electrostatic interaction of ions with one another.

Installation of Devices at Two Connecticut Franchises Field Result Detail: Dunkin Donuts Franchises

Scale is costly and damaging●  Both Dunkin Donuts locations have hard water

conditions which cause a variety of issues with the coffee makers and spray ovens.

●  Coffee makers display an “Error Notification” that will alert the employees that maintenance is required. These alerts occur every 1 to 2 weeks.

●  During a trial period of 8 weeks no alerts have been given.

●  During the trial period the customer’s breakeven on the investment was met:●  In the 4 months prior to Sonical install there

Installation of a 2-inch SonicalTM in a Geothermal System

Field Result Detail: Meriden Housing Authority

MHA teamed with Go Green to provide a chemical free solution. Ethylene Glycol is commonly used in closed loop systems and geothermal applications as an antibacterial chemical agent. The EPA (2007b) has designated ethylene glycol as a hazardous air pollutant (HAP) under the Clean Air Act (CAA). Ethylene glycol is on the list of chemicals appearing in “Toxic Chemicals Subject to Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986" and when it is released to the environment it must be reported to the appropriate authority for safe clean up.

Yale Acres is a state funded, 49 building complex which provides homes to low income residents. Renovation of this complex is based on Energy Star rehabilitation consisting of a typical 4-unit model building. The goal is to create a “net zero” neighborhood, one that produces as much energy as it uses.

The SonicalTM Water Solution in Summary●  The electromagnetic field created by the SonicalTM device weakens the “van der

Waals” bonds present in water. Van der Waals bonds are the electrostatic forces that attract separate water molecules to each other.

●  By weakening these bonds, the structure of water molecules becomes more compact. These compact molecules prevent scale-building minerals like calcium from bonding with the water molecules. As a result, the scale building minerals remain suspended in the water and do not attach to non-water surfaces.

●  In addition, the electromagnetic field created by the SonicalTM device damages the cell walls of bacteria and other harmful microbes. As a result, the microbes spend their short lives repairing the cell wall rather than reproducing.
