Fixture introduction

This full-automation test fixture is designed for wireless communication products.Its

main functions include SN programming,software download,calibration test and so

on.The full-automation test jig is based on the current stable manual testing system

and automatic test jig to reform and upgrad.Accordingly achieved general use for full-

automatic test system and manual test. Rotary manipulator combine with CCD image

recognition system,it can recognize direction of module and placed module accurately.

Unitary test module is designed for waiting test,and it combine with fixture to achieve

high automation test performance.

Universal material tray combined transportion method for design

Programming is recording by handwheel trajectory,so that the operation of

programming is more convenient to use.

Design of platform combination,it makes change other projects and jigs are

be choiced according to test demand.
