Kompact Series

Kompact is a simple solenoiddosing pump, operating with amicro-processor to manage thedosing.

Its external enclosure has an IP65,which guarantees a protectionversus splashing water andaggressive environments.

Dosing ModeThe pump head has a manual priming valve.

The flow rate is manually or automatically (by signalinput) adjustable from 0 (pump stop) to 100% of themax flow rate. Moreover it is equipped with the lowlevel alarm to stop or not the pump.

NEXA series hydraulic diaphragm dosing pumps are designed in compliance with API675 Standards; the conformity to the API Standards implies a “heavy duty” design, highsafety and severe controls of the performances during the tests. The broad variety ofheads execution offers a wide selection of dosing pumps to cover practically anyapplication needs. In addition the full compliance with the ATEX European Directivegives the possibility to install these pumps in classified areas too.

Double diaphragm with rupturedetectorIn the event of a rupture of one of the two diaphragms, the detectoractivates either a local visual alarm or a pressure switch. The seconddiaphragms ensure the continued operation of the pump. Thisallows for scheduled maintenance.

YN, TN, HN: Hydraulic double diaphragmheadsThe ideal solution for applications requiring high levels of operationalsafety and reliability

■ Zero leakage; can dose toxic, corrosive and other hazardous liquids, for which the absenceof leaks is fundamental

■ Double diaphragm, double protection; if one of the two diaphragms is damaged, theprotection system immediately signals the anomaly; the pump is nevertheless permittedto continue to operate, thereby preventing immediate downtime

■ Flexibility of use; the PTFE diaphragms are compatible with a vast assortment of liquids

Cartridge valvesIn order to ensure maximum dosing precision,even for small flow rates, double and triple ballconfigurations are available with high precisionseats. The metal gaskets for the SS316L stainlesssteel heads, and the FPM gaskets for those inplastic, guarantee maximum compatibility.
