CORPORATE MISSION

Solarig Gensol Utilities Pvt. Ltd. is an independent operation & maintenance service provider to large­scale

solar photovoltaic power plants for third­party clients in India, combining a cost advantage with compliance to

global standards of asset managers. Our objective is to excel at the key performance indicators that keep the

assets of our clients both risk­free and profitable.

ASSIGNMENTS

Current assignments include over 100+ MWdc of Operation and Maintenance and 290 MWdc of health

diagnosis via IV­Curve, String testing and Thermal imaging across 9 states in India (Gujarat­GJ, Punjab­PB,

Delhi­DL, Rajasthan­RJ, Andhra Pradesh­AP, Jharkhand­JH, Madhya Pradesh­MP and Maharashtra­MH).

Technologies include crystalline, thin­film, fixed tilt, seasonal tilt, trackers ­ we provide these services both

for ground­mounted and for rooftop projects.

documentation and assets database. A properly implemented CMMS provides enhanced

capabilities for analysis and implementation of KPIs (e.g. mean time to respond/repair, inventory

levels, etc.)

Solarig­Gensol Utilities Private Limited is a joint venture. The above stated are the capabilities

specific to the operations of the joint venture only. The capabilities of the individual shareholders of

the joint venture have not been mentioned here. Nevertheless, through services agreements with
