You tell us the price you charge. The lower your cost per watt to us, the better the terms we canoffer your customer. The key is to maintain a fair balance so everyone wins!

What We Charge

Below are the general pricing terms we strive for. Actual pricing depends on the size of the

project, the credit worthiness of the customer, and the cost of the install.

Assuming the solar energy project costs $4.50 – $5.00 p/Watt in California:

PPA Customer Building Criteria 

To qualify for a Greenzu solar PPA, the customer must meet the following criteria:

•  Commercial or Non-profit (no residential, no industrial)

•  Flat or low pitched roofs

•  Maximum sun exposure - No big trees, tall adjacent buildings

•  Roofs in good condition, with 10+ years of remaining life•  No buildings above 4 stories

•  Agreement goes through the building owner (not the tenant)

•  Building owner has good credit

Getting Started 

To get started, just send us the info below about the project. We'll use it to generate a proposal that you

can then share with the customer. In order to create a solar PPA proposal, we'll need the following:

Customer Background 

  Address – so we can look at the roof 

  Industry

  Business Type (commercial, non-profit, government)

  Building use (e.g. office, warehouse, school)

  Current rate plan (e.g. PG&E A-1, A-1 time of use, A-6, etc.)

  Years in business

  Thoughts on financial stability (no credit check required at this stage)

  Years in location

Proposed System 

  System Size (in DC)

  Estimated AC Output

  System Cost (for completed install, including tax)

  Proposed equipment:

o  Panel type & model

o  Rack & mount

Roof Details
