There is no available software or control system in Bangladesh to solve this problem.

This control system ensures the Observation, Operation and Control of any industry from a suitable position.

System platform:

Whole plant can be visualized in some individual frame as like video page. In these pages the operator can visualizes condition of plants for example motor and electro valves status, PID process regulator status, important process variable as temperature, pressure, flow, levels, etc.

The PLC communicates with PC installed incontrol room where normally the operator works; the operator can manage the plant simply using this PC.

The control system allows the automatic operation of the plant by operators.

From the PC it is possible to open/ close valves, start up and stop motors and pumps, set up parameters of the PID process regulators etc… by simply clicking the relevant item with the mouse and then selecting the desired command.
