PROCEDURE: 1. Seller issues this SCO to Buyer.

2. Buyer issues LOI/ICPO, Corporate Profile, BCL and L/C verbiage to Seller.

3. Seller sends SPA for signature. Buyer signs and seals Returns to Seller.

4. Seller signs and seals and returns to Buyer.

5. Buyer issues L/C.

6. Seller Loads Ship as per scheduled shipping date.

7. Seller sends all Shipping Documents to Buyer including SGS.

8. Buyer’s bank pays for shipment per L/C terms.

9. Ship sails to destination port.
