S-1Model S-1 is a perfect solution for your R&D of seamless capsule, even with just one single machine. Seamless capsules, a type of

soft capsule, are made by utilizing the principle of interfacial tension of liquid. The capsules consist of one single shape - sphere, due

to their method of manufacture, but literally, they are “seamless,” since they have no sealing line on their surface.

A seamless capsule can preserve the active ingredient of its contents until just before use, and prevent the content’s odor from

leaking out. Furthermore, unlike other types of capsules, a seamless capsule can be produced using more various kinds of material

such as gelatin, agar, or vegetable material.

GENESYS NH-015A machine with interior self-control of humidity and temperature, model GENESYS NH-015, is a fully automatic machine for producing

soft capsules. This machine is designed as an enclosed type machine with special enclosed-type tumble dryer.

A small air conditioner is directly connected to the main machine and tumble dryer, to control the humidity & temperature inside them

and to save the cost. Also, the air blower for transferring soft capsules to tumble dryers is built-in type, reducing the operational noise.

SOFT CAPSULE WASHING MACHINE LASER MARKING SYSTEM

CW-62 is designed to clean the produced soft capsule in a basket with alcohol for marking on it or to remove oil and contaminants

from the surface of the capsule. It is consisted of main body and the controller with touch screen monitor.

It is designed with GMP regulation & prevention of explosion.

Laser marking system (L-5) is specially designed for engraving on soft capsule and constructed in accordance with the requirement of

the pharmaceutical and food industry and in observance of GMP standards and CE regulations.

It’s used for high product design quality. And, by PC base control with touch monitor.
