Au nom de Monsieur le Préfet de la Mar t in ique, absent du Dépar-tement, au nom de l 'administration départementale toute entière et en mon nom personnel, je désire vous adresser mes voeux de bienvenue et souhaiter qu'un agréable séjour vous soit permis à la Mart in ique.

Je souhaite en part icul ier que vous rencontriez ic i les circonstances les plus favorables à vos travaux et à vos recherches, et qu'après cette courte semaine dans notre beau pays vous en emportiez l' image d'une Martinique p i t to -resque, bel le et a imable.
