After having dealt with Oncology, Thoracic Surgery, Urology and Digestive Surgery, we have reached the Fifth Pediatric Surgery Symposium that for this edition will be focused on Neonatal Surgery.In these two days of intense scientific work, we will have the opportunity to learn the new acquisitions in the pathophysiology and the treatment of major neonatal surgical diseases, thanks to a prestigious faculty consisted of the world’s leading experts in this field.Neonatal Surgery is definitely one of the peculiarities of the Pediatric Surgeon and the proper management of these diseases is a challenge, even for those who daily deals with the patient in the neonatal age.The purpose of this meeting is to provide an update and to share the different experiences, in order to improve the approach to the infant suffering from surgical pathology.This is a great opportunity and it will be a great pleasure to welcome you all, in the beautiful city of Bologna.
