Umgehung von Überwachung und Zensur in SyrienTelekomix, eine Hackergruppe, fand heraus welche Netzwerke überwacht wurden und verschickte folgende Nachrichten an die entsprechenden Internetnutzer_innen: “This is a deliberate, temporary Internet breakdown. Dann erklärten sie den Nutzer_innen wie sie Verschlüsselungs- und Anonymitätsoftware (wie Tor) benutzen können, um Zensur und Überwachung zu entgehen.
