Fazit  und  Ausblick...  ² Crowdsourcing  ist  die  nächste  Stufe  des  Web  2.0  

 

² Wir  leben  im  Zeitalter  des  globalen  Zugangs  zu  Meinungen,  Arbeitskra[,  KreaBvleistung,  Ideen  und  zu  den  passenden  Aufgaben  

 

² Bestehende  Arbeits-­‐  und  OrganisaBonsprozesse  werden  so  zunehmend  ‚fluide‘  -­‐  projektbezogenes  Arbeiten  ersetzt  feste  Firmenstrukturen,  Eigenverantwortlichkeit  nimmt  damit  zu  

² SelbstorganisaBon,  Transparenz  und  DemokraBsierung  (wenn  gewollt  –  denn  es  wird  immer  Passive  geben).  To  Do:  ‚Clash  of  Cultures‘  muss  überwunden  werden
