Almost everyone at your event will have a smartphone loaded with social media

apps burning a hole in their pocket. Social Mosa encourages guests to tweet

messages and post photos or video to Instagram as the action happens.

It’s a creative way to generate a positive online impression about your event

and brand. Social Mosa also looks great. Guests can’t help but take part again

and again as they see their content (and profile photo) dynamically displayed

on venue screens, giving them immediate bragging rights.

How Does It Work?Social Mosa displays crowd-sourced tweets and Instagrams (including Instagram videos) in

a generative animation on venue screens. Think of it as a live conversation visualizer.

Using their own smartphones, event guests tweet and send Instagrams with a unique event

hashtag. Social Mosa continually searches for that content, then grabs and pulls it down

into the animation. Along the way, every tweet and Instagram is manually filtered using

our Monitor application. It’s a quick, simple process that guarantees negative comments or

images won’t make it to screen (unless you want them to).

Accepted tweets and Instagrams automatically transform into branded cards in the Mosaic.

Together, they assemble on-screen in a beautiful fluid animation, quite unlike any other

social media wall. There are 3 styles of animation to choose from: Fragments, Cubes, Sphere.

The more guests participate, and the more photographs are included, the more visually

impressive Social Mosa becomes.

FAQWHO SUPPLIES THE SCREEN & WHAT TYPE OF SCREEN IS USED?

Generally clients prefer to supply their own screen(s). Social Mosa can run on any type of screen or

monitor (plasma, LCD, video wall, front projection). We recommend HD LED for optimum legibility.

CAN WE RUN SOCIAL MOSA ON MULTIPLE SCREENS IN THE VENUE?

Yes. A Video DV needs to be set up, which sends the same image (Social Mosa) from the computer

to all displays. Important: multiple screens must be in the same aspect ratio eg 16:9

WHEN YOU BUILD THE APP DO WE GET TO SEE/APPROVE IT

IN ALL ITS ANIMATED DYNAMIC GLORY BEFORE IT GOES LIVE?

Yes, we typically provide the actual Social Mosa visualizer link for approvals, as well as screen grabs.

HOW MANY LOGO’S CAN YOU INCLUDE IN MY CUSTOM APP?

We recommend a maximum of 5. Any more than 5 puts a lot of pressure

on the computer and server which can slow down the animation.

FAQDO THE TWEETS APPEAR ON SCREEN IN REAL TIME?

Not quite. The main variable is internet speed – Social Mosa requires a minimum download

speed of 10 mbps, ideally via ethernet. We can supply a mobile wi fi solution in the UAE if you

are unable to provide an ethernet connection. The other factor affecting the speed at which

a tweet appears on screen is how many other tweets are ahead of it in the queue, of course.

WHAT DOES SOCIAL MOSA COST COST? DO YOU HAVE A RATE CARD?

Based on the above-mentioned scope of work, with screens provided by yourselves, please

allow approximately:

from AED 25,000 for a one-day activation in the UAE

AED 65,000 for a one-week activation in the UAE

Surcharges apply for transport outside of the UAE, or to link multiple screens if your AV

supplier or in-house technician is not able to provide this service.
