• Kedar is a business leader who, over the last 26 years, has founded, nurtured, run, worked with, or contributed significantly to an equal number of businesses.

• An electrical engineer from Pune University (1994) and a serial entrepreneur since 1990, Kedar’s business expertise spans starting up new ideas, managing ongoing businesses, and turning around failing ones, as well as advising businesses and entrepreneurs on creation, positioning, design, and implementation of communication strategies.

• He has worked for brands such as Ceasefire India, MoneyLife Foundation, and Sakal Group of Newspapers; on projects with state governments and construction giants; been the founder of transnational groups such as IndoGlobal; consulted with start-ups like TechnoSmart; and been part of new ideas, new media, and new products since the last two and a half decades. He has stayed, managed offices, and conducted business variously in Boston (USA), London (UK), Hong Kong (PRC), Adelaide (Australia), and Dubai (UAE), before returning to India in 2010.

• An architect and a designer, Karthik has trained in Pune, Pondicherry, and Dessau-Roßlau in Germany. He has successfully completed projects for brands and institutions in India, Antarctica, Germany, Scotland, Singapore, and Brazil. He has been commissioned by The Aga Khan Foundation for their showcase exhibition in Hyderabad, and has been mentoring and training over a dozen designers across the world in his spare time.

• He has been involved with design, process, and product development in startups for the last 11 years, recently having created the first version of the LetsIntern app (the company later got acquired by Aspiring Minds when it reached over 4 million students).

• Additionally, Karthik is deeply concerned and involved in creation of a knowledge database for architecture in the Indian subcontinent, and works with various NGOs on sustainable housing and construction. He is based out of Bengaluru, presently (among other things) mentoring a FoodTech startup (Orgtree.in) that makes millet products.

• After more than a decade and half of working in the field of One-to-One Communications, Sonali is contributing to creating the same magic as a multinational communications agency but with the intimacy and care of individual and personalised attention.

• Her past has such marquee names as Notre Advertising, Ogilvy & Mather, McCann Erikson, Lowe Healthcare, iContract, Rapp Collins, Publicis, and TBWA. She has been involved with brands and products such as Tata AIG Life Insurance Taj Spa, HDFC Bank, Manipal University, Motilal Oswal Securities, Shoppers’ Stop, Tata Indicom, HSBC, Bharti AXA Life Insurance, Breach Candy Hospital, Dumex Food Supplements, USV Lifeon, and Simran International.
