Connect. Learn. Be inspired.

Formed in 1981, and based at Blaxland, the Lower Mountains Neighbourhood Centre provides a diverse range of community services and programs with and for the residents of the Lapstone to Warrimoo community. It became part of Belong Blue Mountains Community & Neighbourhood Services in November 2018. Open: Monday to Thursday - 9.00am to 4.30pm; Friday - 9.00am to 1.00pm. Phone: 4739 1164.

The Lower Mountains Neighbourhood Centre supports and co-ordinates a number of social groups, social support services and health and wellbeing programs or services. These are held at the Blaxland Community Centre. This booklet outlines some of these activities.

Belong Blue Mountains acknowledges the Darug and the Gundungurra Nations as the traditional custodians of the Blue Mountains.
