ITINERARYThe most successful side of the past decade, the Spanish National Team (La Roja), has won two EuropeanChampionships and a World Cup. Spain also boasts the most dominant club teams in Europe headed by FC Barcelonaand Real Madrid. The two sides form the most famous rivalry in the world. The derby is referred to as "El Clasico" and isunderlined with decades of political and cultural tensions. The Spanish way of soccer is renowned for its "total football"approach.

DAY 1 Sunday, 09 April 2017Relax and enjoy our scheduled flight from Philadelphia to Barcelona.

DAY 2 Monday, 10 April 2017Our 24-hour Tour Director will meet us at the airport and remain with us until our final airportdeparture.Our private coach and driver will transfer us to our hotel in the Santa Susanna area.Santa Susanna is a small town in the proud Catalonia region of Spain. It is located just 60kilometers from Barcelona, the capital and largest population center of the region.The Santa Susanna area will be our base for the next seven nights. Breakfast will be includedat the hotel. Lunch or dinner will be included daily (determined by the final sportingarrangements).After we check-in and unpack, gather together for a welcome meeting and orientation.We will have some free time this evening for sightseeing and exploring the area around ourhotel.

DAY 3 Tuesday, 11 April 2017This morning we will have breakfast at the hotel.We will participate in a Training Session at a local field. The training session will be led byyour own coaching staff and are designed to prepare the team for upcoming friendlymatches. (Training sessions may be in the morning, afternoon or evening and will bedetermined by the final hotel location, field availability, and the schedule of activities for theday).Enjoy a free afternoon to explore the town of Santa Susanna. Wander the Old Town Walls orvisit the Ancient Watchtowers. There are always the gorgeous beaches of the Costa BravaRegion or relax at a local restaurant and watch the splendor that is Spain.This evening we will play our first Friendly Match against a local club or school team. Theteam will meet and compete against athletes of similar ages and skill levels, and have theopportunity to make friends for life. (The teams you will play will be selected after time ofbooking and will be based on the specific skill level and requirements of your team. We havecontacts at every level and take great pride in finding the perfect fit for each friendly match).

DAY 4 Wednesday, 12 April 2017This morning we will have breakfast at the hotel.We will participate in a Training Session at a local field. The training session will be led byyour own coaching staff and are designed to prepare the team for upcoming friendlymatches. (Training sessions may be in the morning, afternoon or evening and will bedetermined by the final hotel location, field availability, and the schedule of activities for theday).Today we will visit Barcelona. Barcelona is the heart and soul of Cataluña, and, with one ofSpain's largest ports, has grown through trade and tourism. The city is characterized by thework of Antonio Gaudí, whose unique worldview created some of Europe's most distinctivearchitecture. This beautiful city charms visitors at every turn with its vibrant spirit. The darkGothic corners and bright flower-lined streets of Barcelona are yours to explore. Sightseeingincludes the Sagrada Familia Cathedral, Casa Milà, the Olympic stadium and the historicBarri Gòtic.We will have some free time for shopping and exploration.

DAY 5 Thursday, 13 April 2017This morning we will have breakfast at the hotel.We will participate in a Training Session at a local field. The training session will be led byyour own coaching staff and are designed to prepare the team for upcoming friendlymatches. (Training sessions may be in the morning, afternoon or evening and will bedetermined by the final hotel location, field availability, and the schedule of activities for theday).Today we will spend some time in Girona.Girona is a beautiful medieval city that stands out from the local landscape. Populated at onepoint by Romans, Arabs, and Jews, the city has a unique archeological heritage that is wellworth a visit.Enjoy a Walking Tour of Girona. We begin along the Riu Onyar, admiring Girona's best-known view, before exploring the Rambla de la Libertat and El Call, the medieval JewishQuarter, where the first Hanukkah celebration since the Jewish expulsion of 1482 wascelebrated in 1998.We will play our second Friendly Match against a local club or school team. The team willmeet and compete against athletes of similar ages and skill levels, and have the opportunityto make friends for life. (The teams you will play will be selected after time of booking andwill be based on the specific skill level and requirements of your team. We have contacts atevery level and take great pride in finding the perfect fit for each friendly match).

DAY 6 Friday, 14 April 2017This morning we will have breakfast at the hotel.We will participate in a Training Session at a local field. (Training sessions may be in the morning, afternoon or evening and will bedetermined by the final hotel location, field availability, and the schedule of activities for theday).Take a visit to Camp Nou, the home ground for Barcelona's biggest and most popular team,and one of Europe's greatest footballing 'cathedrals'. Camp Nou is the biggest stadium inEurope with a capacity of 98,600 people, and it also has shops and a museum of the club'shistory.We will play our third Friendly Match against a local club or school team. The team will meetand compete against athletes of similar ages and skill levels, and have the opportunity tomake friends for life. (The teams you will play will be selected after time of booking and willbe based on the specific skill level and requirements of your team. DAY 7 Saturday, 15 April 2017This morning we will have breakfast at the hotel.We will participate in a Training Session at a local field. The training session will be led byyour own coaching staff and are designed to prepare the team for upcoming friendlymatches. (Training sessions may be in the morning, afternoon or evening and will bedetermined by the final hotel location, field availability, and the schedule of activities for theday).This afternoon, visit a pro-game; local teams include FC Barcelona and Espanyol!Our evening will be free for social activities.

DAY 8 Sunday, 16 April 2017This morning we will have breakfast at the hotel.We will play our fourth Friendly Match against a local club or school team. The team will meetand compete against athletes of similar ages and skill levels, and have the opportunity tomake friends for life. (The teams you will play will be selected after time of booking and willbe based on the specific skill level and requirements of your team. We have contacts at everylevel and take great pride in finding the perfect fit for each friendly match).Our evening will be free to enjoy the last night in Spain!

DAY 9 Monday, 17 April 2017This morning we will have breakfast at the hotel.Our rewarding and enjoyable tour comes to an end as our Tour Director accompanies us tothe airport on our final day.
