Experience a whole new side of Disney California Adventure® Park on the new guided tour, Disney California Story.

Step back into the Los Angeles of the 1920s and ’30s as Walt Disney might have seen it. Discover the stories behind the icons, attractions and landmarks of Disney California Adventure® Park like never before.

The tour includes a special look into the members-only 1901 Lounge, two popular Disney California Adventure® Parkattractions, a special experience at Animation Academy, plus private lunch and a collectible pin. Attractions and entertainment are subject to availability and may change without notice. The tour is offered daily at 10 a.m. and is approximately three hours long. Separate theme park admission for Disney California Adventure® Park is required to attend the tour.

The Happiest Place on Earth just got a little spookier! You can experience all the delightful and frightful fun at Mickey’s Halloween Party at Disneyland® Park. This special ticketed after-hours event invites you to dress up* in your favorite costume and trick-or-treat at the ultimate neighborhood –Disneyland® Park.

Mickey’s Halloween Party 2014 Dates:

• Sept. 26 and 30, 2014 • Oct. 3, 6, 8, 10, 14, 17, 20, 22, 24, 27, 29 and 31, 2014

*All event Guests—including adults—may dress in their favorite Halloween costume and must follow at least these guidelines. Costumes should be child-friendly.Costumes should not Be obstructive, offensive or violent; drag on the ground; Contain sharp objects, pointed objects or materials that may accidentally strike another Guest; Contain any weapons which resemble or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon. Masks may be worn, but they must not obstruct vision and eyes must be visible at all times. Please be sure costumes meet these guidelines. If a costume cannot be modified, a Guest may be refused entry into the event. Guests who dress like Disney Characters may not pose for pictures or sign autographs. Guests of all ages may not wear a costume to a Disneyland® Resort Halloween event unless they have a valid ticket to that event.

**Tickets subject to availability and are valid only for specific event dates and hours. Space is limited. Limit eight (8) tickets per person, per event date. Each ticket is valid for admission to the event and parking for one (1) vehicle (larger vehicles may require an additional fee) on the specified event date. Online and mobile purchases unavailable on day of event. Tickets are nonrefundable and may not be resold. Costumes subject to Disney guidelines and should not be obstructive or offensive. Mickey's Halloween Party is a nonsmoking event. Smoking will be permitted in designated areas outside Disneyland® Park in the Main Entrance Plaza.

With so much summer fun and excitement to discover at the Disneyland® Resort, you might need a moment to relax and reenergize. Take a timeout with some "hidden gems" at the Disneyland® Resort.

At Disneyland® Park, get up close with some friendly critters at the Big Thunder Ranch petting zoo in Frontierland. In Mickey's Toontown, kids can scamper around Goofy's Playhouse, a hilarious playground with a loony layout only Goofy could have built. Plus, no visit to Disneyland® Park could be complete without a grand circle tour aboard the steam-powered Disneyland® Railroad.

When the temperature rises at Disneyland® Park, step inside Innoventions and discover interactive exhibits, games and gadgets demonstrating the latest high-tech wonders. When hunger attacks, refuel at Redd Rocket’s Pizza Port – a futuristic quick-service “spaceport” featuring out-of-this world Italian fare. Get some ultimate chills as you embark on a hair-raising tour through the Haunted Mansion, a classic Disney attraction full of ghosts, ghouls and supernatural surprises.

There are plenty of ways to cool off at Disney California Adventure® Park too. Splash the day away at Princess Dot Puddle Park, a wacky and whimsical water play area inspired by the Disney∙Pixar’s A Bug’s Life. Step into a clam at The Little Mermaid ~ Ariel’s Undersea Adventure to visit some favorite characters from this beloved animated classic.
