• What do we do with it?• Annual report• Ad hoc reporting• “Peer group” or benchmarking reporting

• CHALLENGE: Data can feel out of date, particularly for hiring• IDEA: Dynamic “live” Taulbee, updated every week• (Not really. Well, maybe. Nah, not possible. But what if…)
